- SWSabine Wargo-GraeffJul 11, 20265.0L'occitane is a favorite of mine but I particularly love the SoNo Collection location. Today I was treated to a facial and some wonderful conversation by Ramona. The products have kept my 56 year old skin in peak condition and they have added some lovely new items that I will definitely be purchasing in the future. The body mists and body serums as well as the activating lotion are on my list. For today the anti aging handcream had to suffice and it is amazing!! I seemed like the dark spots on my hand began to disappear with the first application! Thank You Ramona and Team! You are all fabulous!

It’s a small store so there were only 2 people at the register, there was a lot of people coming in and out and this lady walked in and started talking entitled to One of the girls saying why her gift wasn’t wrapped yet. The girl was super respectful and told her “im sorry but we’re very busy and have a register down” they were in the process of wrapping things for her and she became all mad and said whatever I’m leaving just give them to me. Respectful staff and professional even under really entitled customers. And they were still nice with everyone else
