- IHIsabel HernandezSep 20, 20261.0The Sephora Manager Sandy was extremely rude I was there last night at approximately 8:30pm-9:00pm when I was testing out products. Wasn’t even there for 10 minutes. Her approach was disrespectful worried about a vape in my hand mind you I wasn’t vaping and you can check ya cameras too if necessary, instead of asking if I needed help. All she wanted to do was argue and have the last word. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Sephora do better especially in a Kohl’s. I’ll stick with Ulta moving forward. So glad I didn’t spend a penny there!!

The bag wasn’t stabled and the product was open so now I have to find time to come back out to return exchange it for another one cause I’m not sure if it was tampered with. And mind you, I had to pay the extra fee for the delivery at home so that wasn’t free
