  I came in and saw the Christina and she is a wonderful hair stylist! She is gentle with your hair and takes her time making sure you are happy with the results. I needed a wash and trim as my hair was starting to get unhealthy again. She did that and talked me through coming up with a better hair routine. She also gives good suggestions and recommended the best hair products that work for my hair that I put chased at the salon. The products work really well and now I don’t have to worry about damaging my hair trying to find a good product. I’m excited to continue my hair journey with her. The salon also has a good atmosphere and I could tell the other clients were happy with the other stylist they were working with. Everyone is friendly at this location.

  I had the pleasure of booking my appointment with Christina and she delivered exceptional service. One day, I needed a wash and go, with a light trim and she was not only very kind, but she was also very knowledgeable as I had many questions she answered which gave me true peace of mind. She was sure to walk me through regular hair maintenance so that my hair remains healthy between visits. She also, suggested some very helpful products that have since improved the health and quality of my hair. I love my natural hair and she's very experienced in natural hair care. She gave me tips on how to wear it without having to use a damaging heat procedure. I would recommend Christina to anyone trying to repair, grow out and style their natural hair. If I could I would issue more stars! 😌

  I recently went in for a consultation because I wanted to make sure the salon could achieve the look I was hoping for before booking a major color service. I specifically asked for Sarah because she had done an amazing job on my previous visit. During the consultation, Sarah was quick to reassure me that what I wanted was achievable and that Kilian would be the best person for the job. We discussed everything in detail, including the process, timing, and pricing. I really appreciated the transparency, as I always like to know exactly what I'm paying for rather than being surprised at the end of the appointment. After booking, a last-minute issue came up on my end. Fortunately, the store manager called to confirm my appointment, and I explained my concerns. She was very understanding and worked with me to make accommodations, even adjusting my appointment time to help make things work. When I arrived, Kilian carefully reviewed the inspiration photos with me to make sure she fully understood the look I wanted. She explained that achieving my goal would normally be a lengthy process and might require splitting it into multiple appointments because a full head of highlights can take up to five hours. However, she was determined to get as much done as possible during my visit. Kilian completed my full head highlights and toner and even stayed after her scheduled work hours to finish my service. That level of dedication meant so much to me and did not go unnoticed. Both Sarah and Kilian suggested a warm mocha brown tone that they felt would complement my hair and complexion best. I trusted their recommendation, and I am so glad I did. The color came out absolutely beautiful—better than I had imagined. Despite all of the lightening, my hair still feels healthy and looks shiny. Since there wasn't enough time for a blowout that day, they generously invited me to come back anytime for a complimentary blowout. They also assured me that if I wasn't completely satisfied with the results, they would gladly make any necessary adjustments. Overall, I had an amazing experience. Sarah, Kilian, and the store manager went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and comfortable throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, honesty, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. I highly recommend this salon and especially Kilian for anyone considering highlights or a major color transformation.

  I went for highlights, balayage and face framing layer cut, showing them proper picture of what i wanted in caramel or chocolate color with my real past pictures, Christina was my stylist she told she can do it with proper blending, but after 5 hours my hair turned out to be yellow no blending it all. Totally different color than what i expected. Even then haircut was not at all layers. Not at all recommended.
