- RKR KitchenMay 4, 20262.0I think calling this a "Spa" is a big stretch. I booked a 1hr massage and was finished, dressed and paying within 57minutes. The massage itself was good, but the entire experience was not close to the spa prices they charge ($175) . Waiting area is somewhat cluttered with allot of stuff - a table filled with flyers, display cases selling things from jewelry to essential oils. Oversized furniture that you can trip on trying to get to a glass of infused water on the table. I was brought back to my room and nothing about that journey felt spa like. Signs posted with red letters about keeping phones silenced or some hand written notes on doors for staff. The laundry room was wide open and running with baskets on the floor filled with towels and such. My room was next to the laundry and the massage bed was stuffed in there next to a large two person tub and a shower bay with a sink galley. It was tight and felt more like they just tossed a massage bed in there to be able to use the room for all things. The massage itself was good. No complaints there. Except her phone notifications were buzzing so much that I stopped and questioned if it might be a state wide notification ( bad weather or something). There was nothing really Spa like here... No robe, no relaxation room, unless you use the salt cave, which I have in the past. I didn't think it was worth the high "spa" price since the experience was really nothing different than a walk in massage place (like Massage Envy).
