- DPDiane PouliotApr 20, 20265.0Greeted warmly and timely as soon as I came in. I appreciate the warmth as I am a retired 66 year old customer. The young lady assisting me was so incredibly knowledgeable and willing to guide me! My visit was lovely and I appreciate the overall respect and warmth towards me, as a retired esthetician. They spent a good amount of time with me and guided me both on ceramic tools as well as hair products. Much kinder than folks up the street at the other supplier! I recommend Salon Centric.
- RGRobin GladstoneSep 10, 20211.0Very unprofessional, They do not properly clean and wipe things down to comply with current CDC recommended covid protocol. This store is an ABSOLUTE MESS! Very poor organization, fire exit in the back is often, if not always blocked off by boxes and products. As well as the cash wrap which employees have to walk over objects to get to. You can also usually find obstacles in the aisles making it difficult to shop the products on the shelves behind them. These obstacles would also make it very difficult if not impossible for any one with a handicap who may require a wheelchair to even shop in this location. It is also a challenge to find correct pricing on items in this store because labels are in the wrong places for the products on the shelves. But what you can find on the shelves are, store supplies that were left there by employees that couldn't be bothered to put them in there rightful place, as well as random sales tags that employees couldn't be bothered to put in either the trash or on the shelves to properly price items. Staff is friendly though, it's a real shame.
