The staff walk around and talk amongst themselves I notice them helping only certain customers. It feels like discrimination they don't tell you if you have points to use don't offer samples. I have felt this a few times .. so today, I'm done.. left with a bad taste in my mouth

I was confused if I stand in the normal line or if there was a seperate line for pick up orders so I was tryin to clarify, as was another man and when I was like oh “wait I have a pick up order too do I need to be over there?” The cashier was like thanks for sharing get in line. Fix ur attitude there’s no reason to speak to someone that way and you’re supposing to be working customer service so give customer service, not attitude.
