- TVTamarah VarnerJun 11, 20261.0Stylist burned my hair with a flat iron service that I didn’t ask for and she didn’t tell me she was gonna flat iron my hair and charged me for it . I washed my hair 10x already and it still smells burnt . I only asked for a relaxer and a cut and she heat damaged my hair after a chemical service and they refuse to refund me for it .

She makes sure that she's honest about her professional recommendations for what would be best for your hair. She specializes in kinky/coily hair which is a hard find in CT. The manager doesn’t deserve her title of manager what-so-ever. Surprised she’s been there so long. The place is a mess. Shampoo bottles get filled with water. There has been times when towels wouldn’t be thoroughly dry and some stylist will still use them on clients after washing their hair. Some stylist overcharge. Just think of it this way, the blind is leading the blind in this establishment. And don’t even bother expressing concerns or opinions for the betterment of the salon to literally nobody. You automatically become public enemy number 1. If you are someone who loves being a follower & is extremely quiet, allows disrespect and doesn’t have expenses in your personal life, this might be the place for you.
