  The overall experience was okay, but unfortunately, the haircuts were not. My hair was left noticeably choppy, especially when straightened, and my bangs are still uneven even after I asked the stylist to fix them. She appeared to prioritize speed over precision and attention to detail. She also did not seem familiar with the newer trends or techniques needed to achieve the style I requested. My mother’s haircut was even more rushed. It took approximately five minutes. Despite showing the stylist reference photos, very little hair was actually cut, and the final result did not resemble what she had requested. Although the salon’s stylists seem to change frequently, this particular stylist has reportedly worked there for 28 years. However, experience alone does not necessarily mean someone is up to date on newer styles and techniques. If you are looking for a modern, detailed haircut or a stylist you can consistently rely on, I would not recommend this salon. We will not be returning.

  Don't make appointment with this salon, they are unprofessional, I made a appointment when I get there they said he leave for the day. I tell a lady that I just call,she said he left! He left!

  Stylist burned my hair with a flat iron service that I didn’t ask for and she didn’t tell me she was gonna flat iron my hair and charged me for it . I washed my hair 10x already and it still smells burnt . I only asked for a relaxer and a cut and she heat damaged my hair after a chemical service and they refuse to refund me for it .
