  I did attempt to email customer service prior to this review but received no response. I came in on a Monday afternoon and have never experienced such a lack of customer service at a salon. I had been checking the wait list and it seemed as though it was a good day to go as there had been no wait wait all morning or afternoon. The stylist did not seem overly thrilled from the start. Every time she spoke to me it was blunt. During the "consultation" I explained that I wanted to keep length but did want to cut as much dead as needed to be healthy. It had been quite a while since my last haircut. Instead of her looking at my hair and discussing what she thought, she abruptly said that I needed to tell her exactly how much. Well I can't see the back of my head and I'm not a professional. I did not expect her to make the decision how much to cut but did expect some sort of conversation. This is the first point that I wanted to just get up and leave but I really needed to get this done. I told her I don't know 2 to 3 in. I assumed that during the consultation this would be something we could have for the discussion about but she seemed like she just wanted to get over with. Every time she spoke to me in the very few minutes I was there it was at me. " You tell me exactly how many inches... I can cut hair" During the haircut, which only took a very few minutes, she was listening to a podcast in her earbuds very loudly and reacting to it. It was just very weird. I don't know if I'm just expecting too much, but felt I just felt like a bother the entire time I was there. There were no clips used and everything only took just a few minutes. She then asked "how's that" without showing me the back or offering me a mirror. At that point she said "I cut 2 and 1/2 in." I must have made a face at that point because she went over and grabbed a mirror and held it very low to the back of my head which I could barely see. Normally a stylist would hand you the mirror and turn you around so you could look at it in the larger mirror. I could not wait to leave at this point. I'm not sure if my expectations are too high because I do know this is an in and out service for the most part, but the bare minimum of customer service would have been nice. I believe that when she saw the tip was very low handing me the receipt. She told me "come back if there's a problem" I don't ever want to go back into this location or interact with this stylist again. I felt absolutely horrible leaving and was hoping to feel good after finally getting my haircut. There are other negative reviews about this stylist and it seems as though she is causing issues at this location.

  Popped into great clips in Enfield for a quick hair cut and was lucky enough to have Mike. When I tell you this was the best haircut I’ve ever gotten at a great clips. He took his time and just checked every box for me. Such a cool dude and so good at what he does. Mike if you see this…open your own shop man….but until then you’ve got a regular customer out of me.

  Worst experience I have ever had at a haircut place. There were three ladies working and two of them were awesome, this review is specifically towards Priscilla at the Enfield, CT location. We walked in and were greeted by the most miserable human on planet earth. She could care less that we were looking to get three hair cuts. While checking us in didn’t say hello, ask about our days, SMILE and rudely said next (when asking for the next name). First child sits in the chair. Mom requests a few inches off her daughter’s hair and not to touch her bangs as she was growing them. Priscilla says “okay, I got it, let’s get this going.” Then proceeds to cut her bangs anyway. Second daughter sits in the chair. Mom and daughter say to take a few inches off and leave the hair right below the shoulder. Priscilla then proceeds to use buzzers and chop the girls hair just below her ears. This poor little 9 year old plays sports and now cannot get her hair in a pony tail, feels like she looks like a boy and is upset that her voice wasn’t heard. How do you explain to a 9 year old that hair will grow back and it’s temporary when she specifically asked for longer hair? She now has to go to school and see peers with this new chopped look. The other two ladies, Eve and Jackie, we phenomenal! Thankfully one of them cut the third daughter’s hair and did exactly what was asked. If you were to ever go to this place, do not ever request Priscilla and if you pull the short straw and get her, get up and walk out. It’s not worth it. Like I said previously, the most miserable human. I forgot to mention, it was like pulling teeth to get her out of the back room to do her job and as soon as she was done, she shuffled right to hiding in the back room. I hope this review reaches her boss or owners because I can’t imagine this is a one off situation.

  We got some kids haircuts today and the woman the cut their hair gave us a horrible experience. She was very rude to us and brushed us off when we told her what we wanted by telling us "i got it, we need to get this moving along". The lobby was empty. There was no one else waiting. We told her we were growing out the bangs on one kid but she decided to cut them. The other kid wanted maybe 2" cutt off her hair and she ended up cutting close to 8". Even when checking out there was nothing but attitude. She needs to find a new if a bubbly kid in a cheerful attitude cant brighten your day in the slightest bit. Ive reached out to the customer service email as of June 7 and there has been zero response back from them.

  Horrible. We called ahead of time to explain what we wanted we were told that it can be done. We got there it said the wait was 17 minutes after we registered online. They took other people that were waiting for us which is understandable then one of the ladies confirmed that the other lady specializes in what my husband wanted which was a shape up and a beard trim and she will get to him after her last customer, stated that she doesn't specialize in curly hair. They kept laughing away like something was funny every time they looked our way. And then when it came time for the lady to do my husband's trim she said she couldn't do it that he needs to go to a barber after we waited half an hour. I wish I could read them no stars because that's totally unacceptable.
