  We had the best first visit to DPZ for my 7-year old. Her stylist Erika took such great care of her—she really took her time and made her feel comfortable. We love how her hair turned out!

  Erica was amazing! Very personable, professional and knowledgeable. She asked detailed questions to make sure she cut my hair exactly how I wanted her to and it turned out great. The blowout was also fabulous! Will be back to see her again :)

  First off, if I can put ZERO stars I would! The first photo is what I asked for, the third one is how I walked in and the second photo is how it walked out the salon, basically looks the same as how I walked in. I booked with Heather and she said she could get me there and quoted me around $200 online so I agreed. I was there for about 3 hours and when I looked in the mirror I was shocked that she didn’t get me to where she said she was able to with my inspo picture, she told me the lighting in the salon was bad but it was light how I asked, not only did she NOT get me where I wanted to but she also charged me extra for gloss that I DID NOT ask for! I put a deposit for $100 and at check out she charged me an additional $271 which WAS NOT what I was quoted. I am very disappointed in my hair and the service I received. I did go back and complain and she had the nerve to tell me “HONEY, I CANT PREDICT THE FUTURE” … so why say you can get me to my inspo picture?! She took a before picture and NOT and AFTER picture! RED FLAGGG 🚩she’s CHARGING me extra for partial highlights which is ANOTHER $220 to able to “FIX IT”. I wouldn’t go to this salon, saying you can get a client to a hairstyle that you actually can’t is very disappointing and then not be able to fix the mistake and instead having me pay extra is insane to me.

  When you're on the moving walkway in busy JFK Airport and someone going the other direction calls out, before even reaching you, "That's a GREAT haircut!", it makes you feel on top of the world. Mind you, this happened three weeks, and several transatlantic crossings, AFTER my most recent appointment--still going strong. Nailed it, Rebekah! Tag-teaming with Heather A., who did a masterful job with color and highlights. I feel like I've finally found my new perfect fit, after my previous salon owner of many years tragically passed away. Plentiful positive reviews led me to choose you above other places, and now it's my turn to add some words of praise. Even small details like a headrest in the wash basin--game changer. Have never felt more comfortable during a shampooing! My neck thanks you 😄 Having sat also in the chairs of Laoreta and Heather, I can say across the board that the ladies of DPZ are wonderfully welcoming, attentive, accommodating, and capable--including Gillian at the front desk who spoils you with a wide variety of coffee/tea/water options for your visit! Extensive office hours make it relatively easy to book an appointment, even sometimes last-minute. Thank you all for taking such good care of your clients.
