    I stopped in to buy my girlfriend a makeup set and ended up leaving without it. While I was waiting to check out, there was only one person actually ringing customers up, while 3–4 other employees were just hanging around near the register. The line wasn’t moving because there was a holdup with one customer, and none of the other employees stepped in to help. After about five minutes of watching nothing get done, I decided to walk out and order it online from somewhere else. Pretty disappointing experience, especially when the sale was right there.

    I came in for a simple order pickup and ended up leaving without it. The line was 6–7 people deep, with only one employee helping customers while several others were chatting at the register. The frustrating part wasn’t just the wait — it was the lack of awareness. Customers were standing there waiting, and no one seemed to care enough to jump in and help. I canceled my order and bought elsewhere. Based on this visit, I’d think twice before shopping here again.

    TL;DR Stay away from this Sephora and order delivery instead. I was there to pick up my online order. There were at least 2 associates wandering around chilling in the store. There was a line at the cashier, only one associate working at the front, and she was held up by a seemingly complicated issue. No one else was there to help her or attend to other customers in line. Even better, an associate with short curled hair walked up to the front, chatted with a customer and then went back to wandering around. I waited 10+ minutes, line didn’t move so I left. Disappointed

    Mean girl behavior is a problem in this store, two managers were there and did not greet my friend and I, they were huddling in a corner and looked at us, then started laughing. Not once were we greeted or asked for any help. Really disappointing since they typically make that a priority during holiday season but don't uphold that standard on off season. The two managers in that store need to be trained in customer service.

    After i made my purchase today, I went to apply my makeup in the store. I was with my toddler and I knew I wasn't going to have two hands for the rest of the day. The manager kept having me move from my spot to help a customer, even though I had been there less than a minute. Then she actually threw out the liner my son dropped on the floor and the cap to the eyeliner when I moved over. I had to make a production for her to go to the back and get the liner. She refused to replace the cap. Very rude service, do not recommend.
