  A month after getting my piercing the jewelry broke and they were so understanding a replaced it for me! Cannot recommend this location enough.

  I went to get my helix piercing done and it was a great experience! The staff members were accommodating, friendly, and super helpful!

  Took my little one to get her ears pierced and everyone was so helpful and supportive! She’s only five so of course she was a bit scared and a few tears were shed but the nurse that pierced her ears did a wonderful job and took very good care of her. It was over in a jiffy and everyone made sure to tell her how brave she was which made her feel better about it all. After we got in the car she told me she “likes their outfits” and wants to be a nurse now haha (yesterday she wanted to be Taylor Swift). Anyway, overall flawless experience and will be recommending Rowan to anyone who asks!

  Came here for a lobe piercing. It felt welcoming and friendly as soon as I walked through the door. I hadn’t gotten my ears pierced in a long time but the manager Tabitha and her staff made the process very smooth and easy. I like how they were attentive and knowledgeable which made me feel comfortable. I look forward to coming back soon. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone!

  I had a wonderful experience at Rowan! Leah was so helpful, sweet, and incredibly knowledgeable. The entire staff was great, and they made the whole process so easy and comfortable. Highly recommend—easy 5 stars!
