  The piercing nurse was excellent, but the pricing and handling of my complaint were extremely disappointing. I was told I needed to purchase a “pair” of earrings and was shown a $68 price. No one explained that $68 was the price of each individual earring. I found this very deceptive. I was also handed aftercare solution without being asked whether I wanted to purchase it or being told it was an additional charge. I discovered afterward that I had been charged for it. Rowan agreed to refund that charge only after I complained. Six days after the piercing, one stud came apart and fell out. My ear bled heavily, became inflamed, and showed signs of infection. After reviewing my photograph, Rowan wrote that “the pin that sits within the post appears to be more straight than intended,” which may have prevented it from remaining secure. Despite this, Rowan refused to refund the earrings and offered only a replacement or store credit.

  My daughter had her double ears pierced last month for her 16th bday. She’s a camp counselor - was the Last day of camp today went up to hug one of her littles and earring got caught in her campers hair pulled earring out and got lost in the shuffle. She was devastated. Went to Rowan in Danbury a few hours later - they immediately replaced and nurse made sure her hole didn’t close. All good ! Top notch customer service ! So thankful. On a side note. My god daughter Gretchen worked for Rowan in the Larchmont store and so thankful she told us about Rowan I always suggest it to moms and would never go anywhere else. Thank you Rowan !

  Shanae was absolutely AMAZING, I was terrified but this was truly the least painful and fast experience I have ever had. Tabitha immediately helped me pick out the most beautiful jewelry. This entire experience was absolutely amazing and I'll definitely be back for more!

  We recently took our 4 & 12 year old daughters to get their ears pierced and we had a wonderful experience. They are incredibly nice and helpful. Professional in every way. We even had to come back 2 weeks after the piercing because the 4 year old's earring came out accidentally. Unfortunately, by the time we got to the store the hole had closed up but they were able re-pierce the lobe with no problems. Fantastic service!

  We took our 19 month old daughter here to get her ears pierced the other weekend. It was a fantastic experience. They were so professional. So well versed in the process. Service was amazing and they really cared for our daughter. Shanae was her nurse and she was phenomenal!! We are so happy with everything and the post piercing process was clearly explained to us. Anyone in our family that wants piercing we’d recommend Rowan and the staff
