  Bri and Tabitha were wonderful!! We took our 10 month old to get her ears pierced And they were so kind, accommodating and patient. They were both so sweet to our little girl. Bri Took the time to make sure her Earring holes were lined up perfectly. Thank you so much

  rowan danbury is a wonderful place to get your ears pierced, posts changed, or even ask for input on building your ear stack. everyone who works there is beyond lovely, especially nurse shanae who will make you feel so taken care of (and make you laugh) throughout the piercing process :) not to mention the jewelry options are too gorgeous to describe <3 i can’t recommend enough!!!

  Easy to set up appointment. Staff were so friendly. Got my baby girl her ears pierced and it was a great experience.

  I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but as a first-time client, I wanted to share my experience. I was really excited for my piercing, but the overall atmosphere felt a bit unwelcoming. Coming from a customer service background, I always try to give grace because we all have off days, but the tone at checkout felt passive-aggressive and unnecessary. It just made me feel uncomfortable and out of place compared to other clients there.
