  My experience at this store was quite disappointing. My friends and I went in to purchase some products that were on sale. At first, one already knew what she wanted, but I do not have much experience with makeup and cosmetics, so I took my time looking at products, comparing shades, and deciding what to buy. The store was practically empty during our visit, so we were not blocking aisles or causing any inconvenience. However, while we were browsing, I noticed that one of the employees began watching us in a way that made us uncomfortable and even called another person ( like a security guy) to stay nearby. This made us feel as though we were being monitored or suspected of doing something wrong when we were simply shopping. What was most disappointing was that, when we finally decided on our purchases and went to check out, the cashier was quite rude and unfriendly. I understand that employees need to be attentive, but customers should be allowed to take the time they need to choose products, especially in a cosmetics store where comparing shades, colors, and options is an important part of the shopping experience. I was genuinely interested in making a purchase and ended up buying several items. I just didn’t realize there was a time limit on how long customers are allowed to browse before being treated with suspicion. If there is, perhaps it would be helpful to post a sign at the entrance so customers know in advance. Unfortunately, the staff’s attitude turned what should have been an enjoyable shopping experience into an uncomfortable one.

  This store deserves no stars at all!!! I’ve been calling this past weekend to catch the Black Friday sale so I can do a send sale. No one was picking up the phone, I called 3 times finally on the fourth try someone answers the phone and says it’s too busy then hangs up on me. So I took a trip to the store Monday hoping to get a few Jo Malone on sale , mind you I had drive for an hour and 25 mins. I get to the store I asked about the sales and it’s 15% off with $100 purchase. So all weekend I tried to call so I can do a send sale but no one would answer the damn phone! The people working here are rude and not nice at all they need to fire management and hire someone who will be about the customers. Never supporting this company again.

  Worst experience with the counter girl ever. If I could give no stars I would.I asked where the mascara was. She doesnt leave the. Said all over what brand...I told her I didn't care brand and I also asked if it came in a brown ...she looks at me and goes ya at CVS. Ahhh ok...attitude...still never leaving the counter. Finally ill looking around still did not see the mascara I asked to come over and show I do not see them. She finally comes out from the counter. Grabs a sample/display taps it down and went back behind the counter. I'm disgusted with this young ladies attitude. She should not be in customer service. I live here and will never go back.

  This place serves me well with my basic makeup requirements. I rarely go elsewhere but please note that I am not very liberal on trying new kinds of makeup trends. In this place, no one bothers me with a sales pitch and that’s what I need most -peace! If you are looking for a catered experience, where staff puts on expert makeup on you and helps you make decisions, please avoid this shop. It’s mostly for pro makeup wearers who know what they are doing (at least with their own face).
