  Terrible they are extremely rude and impatient I had called the store with a few questions and the attitude was absolutely disgusting

  I felt very disrespected returning an item at this store that I bought online - not opened or used whatsoever, but I bought the wrong size appliance. The two women in the store were both rude from the moment I walked in and said hello. I was told that next time, I should be sending it back the way I bought it instead of in store. I said okay, that I didn’t know this and presented my packing slip. “That’s not enough.” Is what I was told, so I then emailed the receipt to the store (as told to do) with pricing on it, which they accepted, though there is a QR code on the slip to show the receipt. I scanned my credit card too early apparently, and was told, “don’t do that. I didn’t put anything in yet and you’ll mess it up and make it take longer.” “Oh, sorry!” Eventually, I am able to get my refund, after being told to insert the card… because now the scan doesn’t work? Though I was able to scan my chip and mess it up a few seconds ago. I left with receiving only attitude for doing absolutely nothing wrong and being pleasant back — I checked the policy through salon centric, and online returns are allowed in store. I’ve never felt more unwelcome and talked down to for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I don’t typically post reviews, but I feel obligated to in this instance in hopes to prevent this from happening again.

  I called and asked a question I believe I spoke to the owner apparently she was busy and acted gruff and very cold I left my name and my number for them to call me they never did then when I called a couple of days later to do a follow up a staff member was very rude to me I will never ever step foot in this place

  Not sure her name. But the girl that works here. Has attitude & not very helpful.
