- HLHillary L2 days ago1.0Placed an order I believe to be curbside after a long couple weeks, as a pick-me-up, and I had my young child with me and planned on a curbside pickup. Curbside sign was out when I arrived, but was informed after I arrived that I hadn't put the order in for curbside and they couldn't bring it out because it was against policy. Went inside and found out from the manager that they didn't offer curbside at all right now because the back doors (by the majority of the parking + curbside spot) are broken (have been broken for weeks). Look, if I'd just been told from the jump that sorry, they don't have curbside because they doors are broken, they can't send employees out at all because of sightlines, or had signage at the curbside sign - I wouldn't have cared. It's not ideal for anybody, give me some samples for my trouble. It was the "it was your fault for putting the order in right and if you'd done it differently we would have brought it out" followed by "actually we don't offer curbside at all right now" that was incredibly off-putting. Honestly, I immediately returned the item because it wasn't going going to bring joy anymore. Will be avoiding this location moving forward. I make purchases to offset stress, and if the staff add to the stress it's not worth it.

I tried to return it and was told they will not return or give credit bc I was over the 39 days. I didn't even want the stupid cream their staff kept pushing it. I will never ny from Sephora again. I'll rather order what I know works online and skip this store. Thanks Sephora you have lost a customer for life.
