  I had an incredible experience at Sephora working with both Vanessa and Christine. I have a wide range of health issues and allergies, so I needed help finding very specific products that would not worsen inflammation or cause a reaction. They were both kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and so incredibly helpful. They already knew so much about the types of products and ingredients I needed to be mindful of, and when we did need to look something up, they were able to answer every single question I had with care and confidence. I left with incredible products that I am genuinely so happy with. I also come from a customer service management background, so I’ll be honest... it is not easy to impress me. I always approach people with kindness and understanding, but Vanessa and Christine truly went above and beyond. Not only did they meet my needs, they exceeded them. What stood out even more was that while they were helping me, they still acknowledged and assisted other customers whenever it was appropriate and possible, and always with a smile. That kind of awareness, professionalism, and warmth is rare. 10/10 stars for both Vanessa and Christine. They made what could have been a stressful shopping experience feel easy, safe, and enjoyable. I’m so grateful for their help!

  I had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Karla! She took her time using the Color IQ tool to match my shades, which made everything so much easier, and we had so much fun trying different products and brands to find what actually worked for me. She helped me start building my personal/professional makeup kit, and I really appreciated how thoughtful her recommendations were. I never felt rushed, judged, or pressured to buy anything, just genuinely supported. It honestly felt like a fun night figuring out makeup, but with real guidance. Karla did an amazing job and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for her!
