  Came in for an order I placed online the girl at the register with curly hair was super rude looked at me with a face when I approached the register not friendly at all then counties to stare at me without offering help I then tell her im picking up an order . It was under my husbands name but he added me as the alternate pick up person the cashier proceeded to act annoyed when she couldn't find it.I dont understand why you guys have an option to but a second person if you cant see the name ? She also wasnt very nice after I told her thank you. Im only giving them 2 starts because another lady walked up while I was waiting she was super nice and greeted my very nicely . Please tell your employees to do better with customer service no one is forcing them to work these jobs plus your a cashier please don't act like youre above anyone .

  The staff who helped me color match was Erin and she has been an absolute delight to work with! She made sure to test several different shades of foundation on me (with different lighting conditions) and offer suggestions without pressuring me to buy anything.

  I had been putting off going in because of previous experience, so I felt overwhelmed going in to say the least! But I needed help trying to find new foundation with my skin changing with age. Erin was AMAZING!!! You could tell she loved her job and genuinely wanted to help! I don't have much money and life is really lifing lately and so I just wanted to try samples to find something that works. She was so kind and patient and helped with skin prep and tried different kinds of foundations. She just really made my overwhelmed and anxious self feel so much better with how kind and patient she was. I genuinely couldn't say enough good things! We could use a whole lot more of Erin's in this life! I needed that interaction that day with her, more than she knows! She deserves a raise!!

  I had an incredible experience at Sephora working with both Vanessa and Christine. I have a wide range of health issues and allergies, so I needed help finding very specific products that would not worsen inflammation or cause a reaction. They were both kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and so incredibly helpful. They already knew so much about the types of products and ingredients I needed to be mindful of, and when we did need to look something up, they were able to answer every single question I had with care and confidence. I left with incredible products that I am genuinely so happy with. I also come from a customer service management background, so I’ll be honest... it is not easy to impress me. I always approach people with kindness and understanding, but Vanessa and Christine truly went above and beyond. Not only did they meet my needs, they exceeded them. What stood out even more was that while they were helping me, they still acknowledged and assisted other customers whenever it was appropriate and possible, and always with a smile. That kind of awareness, professionalism, and warmth is rare. 10/10 stars for both Vanessa and Christine. They made what could have been a stressful shopping experience feel easy, safe, and enjoyable. I’m so grateful for their help!
