  Such a luxury experience from start to finish! The salon is beautiful, clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, and the owner is truly the sweetest. You can tell how much care and attention goes into every detail. I always leave feeling so pampered and with beautiful nails.

  I am highly impressed with this nail spa! My sister brought me here for a pedicure, and from the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and appreciated. The place is absolutely beautiful, clean, and has such a warm and inviting atmosphere. We were assisted right away, and Donna was amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to help me choose the best pedicure for my needs, and she did an exceptional job. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and very happy with the results! This is definitely my new go-to nail spa! ✨ Thank you for creating such a beautiful environment and providing such wonderful customer service. I can’t wait to come back! ❤️

  First time coming to this salon and I was blown away how BEAUTIFUL the inside of this salon is! The number one thing I had notice was it DOES NOT smell like nail polish or chemicals like most salons do. It smelt fresh and clean!! Wasnt sure what the lady's name was but she was so kind and gentle with my nails and she just allowed me to sit comfortably in the cushion seats and kept small talk every few minutes which I enjoyed! Price was reasonable just for a basic acrylic full set. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Overall staff was very nice and greeted very well! Will be coming back for a rebase!

  This place is not about customer service. It’s like a factory and it’s all about getting you in and out the door as fast as possible. I have went here for a year on and off and I will not ever give them my business again. Their prices are completely outrageous. I spent $100 on a pedicure and my feet are hard and still have calluses on them. I got the most basic nail polish job and when I complained someone else came to finish the pedicure and she was completely mad and rude they were all talking about us. It was the most uncomfortable pedicure I’ve ever had. He was so lazy. He did not rub my feet my legs were completely scrunched up to my belly the whole time and I am pregnant. I got a Full set French tip and a pedicure and it was almost $200. I don’t know who the hell they think they are charging those kind of prices for mediocre service and everyone is so rude. They didn’t offer me any money off of my set and my feet look horrible. They are not good with nail art or experienced in anything. I asked many questions and they didn’t have the answers to any of them. I would definitely choose a smaller company that cares about their customers and values them. I will not be throwing my money away when you can go anywhere else and get a full set and a pedicure for $120. These people need to be shut down and they didn’t cut our trim my cuticles on my nails so it just makes the nail job look even worse. They want to charge 10 extra dollars for cutting cuticles since when is that extra ?? its apart of the nail and it makes their job look like crap because they don’t care about service only money. All the lighting is LED lighting is horrible and causes a headache. This was the picture I showed her for nails and this is what I got. This cost me 100 dollars. Look at my cuticles !!! This look like it was done 2 weeks ago and it was done less then 23 hours. This isn’t worth 200 especially since my feet still have calluses on them my daughter could’ve done a better job on my nails. all they care about is money and getting you in and getting you out as fast as possible doing my nails and feet at the same time was not relaxing at all. I need neck surgery and I had to reach my arms across and bend my entire body. It was very uncomfortable and noticed how they do not respond to one bad review on Google. only the good ones they do not care about customer service.

  Wost pedicure ever. If I could give zero stars I would. It all started when I sat down and the guy started the water and walked away while the water overflowed everywhere. Then my massage chair didnt work and they told me I couldnt move to another chair. While doing my pedicure he cut the side of my toe open to where I was bleeding. I paid for a 10 min foot massage...didnt even massage my feet just my legs and didnt even do it for the full 10 mins. While the "massage" was happening he was washing off the nail tools in the water I just had my feet in. Then I picked out a nail polish which was a pink color and he brought back a white color. I had to tell that is not the color I wanted and he proceeded to tell me that was the number of color I picked out which obviously it wasnt, so I had to then pick out a different color because he couldnt figure it out. Then while finishing my toes he bumps his hand against my big toe. The nail polish got all messed up and he didnt bother to take it off and re paint it. All he did was paint over multiple times to where it looked bumpy and uneven, which then I had to tell him to redo because that wasnt sufficient. Then I paid for the service like an idiot and realized once I got home that I should really get some sort of refund for my terrible experience. I called to speak to the manager about the situation and informed her of the situation and that I feel like I should get some sort of refund for my terrible service. She then informed me they dont give refunds. Obviously they have zero customer service and dont care about their customers. WORST PLACE EVER!!
