  Probably on the scale of one of the worst nail salons I’ve been to. They give the illusion of high end but really are trying to get as many people in and out as fast as possible and it really shows with the quality of work. I get a dip once a month and they usually last a good 3 weeks before any chipping. My nails started chipping on day two and have gotten worse over the past week, it’s only been 7 days. The person doing my nails broke my real nails with the file because she was going to fast then tried to upsell and get me to do acrylics. Way over priced for the quality of work!

  My daughter recommended this place, and my Mom and I had a manicure and waxing service and couldn’t have been happier. When you first walk in, the place is very bright, large and clean. It’s well lit, the staff is incredibly attentive and provides you with a complimentary drink when you first arrive. The nail tech who did my Mom was outstanding, as was the woman who did my waxing. Highly recommend. Tin did my Mom’s nails. He removed the gel which was previously on her nails that needed to be removed, and gave her an excellent manicure. Min did my waxing, and if I lived here i would definitely only get my nails and waxing done here.

  Honestly the esthetic of this place is very nice, the chairs are comfy, its very clean and on top of that you also get complementary drinks. But be prepared to spend $75+ for even the most basic stuff. You have acrylics on your hands? $20. Gel on your toes? $10. Pedicures start at $45 for callus remover and a 7 min massage. This place is lovely when youre ready to spend nearly $100 on just your hands or feet. Not both.

  My wife and I recently treated ourselves to a pedicure at Milano Nails Spa in Walnut Creek, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The spa itself is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly relaxing. A huge shoutout to Angela and Hanna, who absolutely made our experience unforgettable. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly personalities were exceptional. They took their time, made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire service, and truly went above and beyond to provide a luxurious and relaxing experience. It’s rare to find a place where you not only leave looking great but also feeling completely refreshed and appreciated as a customer. Angela and Hanna are true masters of their craft, and their passion for what they do shines through in every detail. If you’re looking for the best pedicure experience in Walnut Creek, look no further than Milano Nails Spa. We will definitely be back and can’t wait for our next visit.   We went as a party of ten to celebrate and prepare for my sister's wedding. I'll start with- luckily the bride came out looking good. That's all that matters in the end and that's why the two stars. For the rest of us, where does one start. The nail color books were completely mis-numbered and it didn't matter how often any of us told the staff that. We all got painted nails of the wrong color (I mean perhaps our fault for not arguing harder but... we were there as a wedding party and didn't want to kill the vibe) "This bubblegum pink isn't the color I picked" "Yes it is" "It's really not though" "Oh well it looks good" ….. Just let me pick my color from the wall if ensuring the right color is that big of a hassle for you. Most of us got the express mani and or pedi and maybe that just wasn't worth their time? Not sure. If the service is going to be bad because the tip potentially wasn't going to be good enough, don't offer that tier of service. I truly cannot figure out any other reason why the staff was so annoyed by our existence. My friends, I would have tipped for the more expensive service had you given any care or attention to us at all. I’ve never felt to unwanted in an establishment before. Message taken. We will not come back. At $45 for a pedi and $35 for a mani though, I'd expect more. Genuinely my nails (mani and pedi) look like I let my 10 year old daughter do it. After tip I paid nearly $100 and left wanting to run to target for nail polish remover. But again, unwanted color forced on my aside the truly unexplainable part was how we were treated. Anyway I'll skip in the future. It just overall was not what we expected in anyway
