Can't recommend this store enough!

During my most recent visit, there were three to four representatives present, yet no one acknowledged me or offered assistance. Because of this lack of basic customer service, I chose to leave and spend my hard-earned money elsewhere. I ultimately purchased my products online through Ulta instead & would rather wait for my Ulta order then give my services to this store.

We were stopped at the door and told we had to wait to go in because they were at capacity. Most people would be irritated at this but we felt cared for. When we entered the second time we were greeted with a friendly hello, some sanitizer and an overview of where to find the best deals in the store. Both employees were attentive, knowledgeable and polite. It made my visit with my loved ones even more special. I look forward to another shopping trip there, even though it comes with an hour drive. It's well worth it!
