  BE AWARE! They charge for EVERY SERVICE. If you have gel Polish on, and you want regular Polish put on— $10. EVERYTHING HAS A FEE. BE VERY SPECIFIC OR IT WILL COST YOU! You are already in the chair, so you will be charged. Do they do a good job? Depends who you get, if they are good at that service and if they know the procedure. Some cut corners (like use one hot towel and just drape it over both legs instead of one towel per and wrapped around each) or don’t do what needs to be done. Like one pedicure tech argued with me about when he brings out the neck pillow… it’s just the way it is. I’m happy to pay the extra charges, if the pedicure is done right and I truly feel pampered. The Milano in Texas was AMAZING. WAY less expensive and they did longer message times - like the hot stone massage was separate time than the lotion message… here, they combine it. Just be aware!!!!

  Amazing! Came in from out of town with a local friend who recommended this place. Venue was clean and technician was so nice. Lee was great with checking that I liked my color before proceeding. Receptionist was very welcoming and attentive. Would def come back if I’m back in town!

  Great experience, lovely quality of work on my manicure and pedicures! Mike did a great job on my longer almond shape manicure with pretty nail art! I was also treated like a princess when I came in on my birthday. I received a discount, was sang to, and they brought me a piece of cake! It was a fun experience and I’m glad I came here! You can’t beat the atmosphere! Very beautiful and high end🩷

  This was my first time at Milano and the details are what stood out the most. They offer complimentary drinks with refills, the decorations are lovely, and the manicure and pedicure I got made me feel so pampered. I will definitely return!

  I just visited this salon for the second time, and I am already a huge fan! The space is consistently very clean, which I truly appreciate. I had Kim for my appointment, and she was absolutely wonderful. I had a bit of an unusual request for very short, natural gel nails, and she executed them perfectly 🤍 they turned out awesome! She was so kind and even offered to fix any nails if one were to break, which was such a sweet gesture. I also brought my grandma along for a milk and honey pedicure, and she was so impressed with the attention to detail. It was such a lovely experience for both of us. Highly recommend!
