  Superb experience! Choe is fantastic!! Highly skilled, a true professional. Equally proficient with pedicures and manicures. Very talented. Takes great care of her customers. Quick but very thorough. Excellent job Choe! Thanks for your incredible service!

  I’ve tried to come here multiple times because my mom goes here since it’s close to her house but today is the last time. Previously my builder gel nails have cracked or chipped after just a week. The pedicures aren’t as relaxing as Anthony Vince in Briargate. Who sets a timer for a massage? The final straw for me is today. I brought my almost 3 year old and she wanted some polish on her hands and feet. She has done this at Anthony Vince with no issues. They’re very kind to her there and use a fan to help dry her nails while they go. Everyone loves her. They’re very patient and tell her nicely to stay still. At this salon the lady was trying to be fast and didn’t talk to my toddler at all. When she moved the lady got frustrated and went and got I’m assuming the manager (or was whoever was checking people in) who came over and said “she can’t keep messing it up”. I can deal with my nails being subpar of Anthony Vince to spend time with my mom, but if you can’t be patient or understanding on the rare occasion that I bring my daughter in then this isn’t the place for me. I understand toddlers aren’t normally there, but mine is well behaved and just wanted to do something fun with mom and grandma. We couldn’t have felt more unwelcome. We won’t be back.

  UPDATED- Only giving less stars because tech badly nipped my ring finger and kept messing with it with tools and clotting powder and ungloved hands. This is it 24hrs later. Very clearly infected. Huge bummer when I spent $150 for a mani pedi now I have an infected finger. ***Who appeared to be the owner and I got in contact. She was very very kind and apologetic. She addressed the issue and offered mediation in consolidation. I will absolutely be back for further services!! Nips happen, was just concerned regarding infection prevention- she made it clear actions will be taken regarding further infection prevention. She truly cares about the clientele!***

  This nail salon is a little bit more expensive than others in the local area, but it definitely feels worth it. The salon is absolutely spotless, and each time I have been there, the nail tech technicians have been very careful and considerate. It’s nice to get a couple of non-alcoholic drinks while you’re having nail services done, too! Big kudos to Kim who did a beautiful gel French manicure for me today.

  I really wanted to love here since it's new and close, but I get really frustrated when people try to upsell me and don't take no for an answer. I picked a normal color and was asked if I'd prefer to go gel, I said no thanks I'm good. He came back and said the color I picked from the basket of normal colors was actually a gel color, so I said I'd pick a different color, no problem. Picked a new color. He told me the gel will last longer. I said no thanks because I don't like that it destroys my nail to remove it. He goes to get the stuff for my collagen pedicure, then tries again saying feel color will last for a month, and I finally just said no with no further explanation. The pedicure came out nice, but he also failed to include all of the things I paid for like the warm neck pillow, so it felt like a punishment for not upgrading to gel. I may try again, but probably night. If I say no twice, can that be enough? Heck, if I say no once, can that be enough? It seems to be the culture at many nail salons, so they're not alone, but for me it's a turn off that makes me not want to go back to those nail salons.
