  I’m so happy to have found this lovely nail spa! The air was clean and fragrant. The salon was clean and bright. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was very happy to follow Mike and Kim here for their fantastic service. Mike does impeccable dip nails and Kim does lovely acrylic. They are the sweetest couple with the highest work ethic. I’m happy to be a client at Milano Nail Spa!

  I just went in for an express pedicure and that night I ended up with a VERY itchy rash that I am now on day three and my legs and feet are still on fire. I can’t sleep it’s so bad! I don’t know if it’s a sanitation issue or they use different products than other places bc I have been getting pedicures for years and never had a problem! The man that did it was really rough and cut my pinky toe on the skin under the nail when he was filing. I jerked back and said ow! And he just kept going and didn’t even apologize. He had earbuds on and not listening. The massage he set a timer for which was a weird experience compared to other places and while I understand it, it left me with a feeling of being an inconvenience. Just seemed weird. The chairs I felt were very uncomfortable on my back although maybe just the way my back arches idk. Although you get free drinks, it’s more expensive here by far so I’d rather have it be cheaper and not “free” drinks as I feel I’m paying for it anyway and don’t want them. Just their marketing technique. It’s pretty in there though so ? But I will definitely not be going back!

  Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a total princess. Linnea at the front desk gave the warmest welcome and instantly set the tone for such a relaxing visit. Mike and Kim were AMAZING — my pedicure and builder gel turned out flawless. You can tell they truly care about their work and take their time to make everything perfect. Every detail was just next level. The little touches made it even more special — the champagne was delicious, the massage was so relaxing, and the warm neck pillow was pure heaven. I honestly didn’t want it to end! This place goes above and beyond in every way. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending to everyone I know!

  I went in for a gel removal and a gel manicure. My nails were a little sensitive from the last manicure I had done (elsewhere) Which is why I came here and I asked them to be gentle. As you can see, my fingers and nails were stained blue from a scrub that they had used with their hand massage manicure package. Not only did I leave with blue fingers, but the nail tech kept drilling into my nails to remove the blue when I had told him that my nails were very sensitive and that it hurt. I understand that sometimes things like this happen with using a colored scrub you’ve never used before, but I was still charged over $80 for this. I now have blue hands for who knows how long and I was supposed to have a photo shoot for my business tomorrow which I now had to cancel. It is really disappointing that this entire experience wasn’t comped. I was given a very small discount, When, in my opinion, this whole thing should’ve been comped.

  I love to see new businesses investing in our community. Milano is beautiful and very clean. It has a high-end feel from the minute you walk into the door. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I had a pedicure with Viet. He was meticulous. His foot and leg massage may have been the best I've ever had in a pedicure. Incredible. My feet feel soft and my toes look great. I'm sure I will be back. I'd really like to give it a 4.5 (if that were an option) but I feel they're a little pricey for the area. It might be worth it though, just for that massage. Also, they do not offer wine as some spas do. Not a big deal for me now. But I used to love getting a glass of wine while getting my toes done.
