I am a Professional in the Salon and Spa industry, managing and owning more then one entity, and coaching the growth of unaffiliated entrepreneurs in the Northern Co area. Word to the wise for all my fellow professionals- stay away from Shawna at Salon Centric in Longmont Colorado- she will make you feel like you should not have come in as she is a miserable person to work with. Stay away from Heather D at the Loveland location on HWY 34, she is a VERY unprofessional cashier that does not treat their customers with respect and gratitude in the least. These two cashiers have made it a must for us to find other suppliers, and we have done so and are finished with the horrible treatment and lack of appreciation at Salon Centric.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
