  This isn’t my go-to Sephora but I’ve ended up shopping here twice in the past 6 months out of convenience. Each time the customer service was top-notch! The associates have been kind, attentive, and responsive. I wish I had thought to get names for personal shoutouts!

  2 liquid eyeliners I got here were dry. First one was unusable so I exchanged it and the new one only lasted like 5 uses before it started to dry up and be difficult to use. I use the same Makeup Forever felt tip liquid eyeliner and this was the only time I had problems with it.

  There wasn’t a single employee in the entire store and no one at the register. Waited in line for 10 minutes like a fool waiting for someone to ring me up. No one ever came so I ditched my items and left.
