  This company is a joke! First our appointment started in cherry creek and they canceled the appointment by email and the email says go the other stores for services and we went to park meadow mall. We explained when they opened how the store canceled on us and they refused to service us even though we already had an appointment. Keep in mind this was a birthday gift. Then they scheduled a lady at 1:15 pm but wouldn’t make up for our lost appointment by their own employee. At the end of all of this… Bonaroo tattoo shop did an amazing job and looks like Rowan missed out on $400 dollar sale. Thank you for the awful service and we ended up somewhere better and with wonderful customer service.

  Horrible experience. First and foremost we had made an appointment at the cherry creek north location. We made the appointment weeks in advance. Received an email at 7a day of stating they need to reschedule. No phone call. I tried calling the location at 10a, unable to leave a voicemail regarding to what happened and when we can reschedule the appointment. We then decided to go to another location to try and make it work. We arrive at lone tree location. 11a we asked a nurse if they could fit us in since the other location cancelled our appointment. The lady before us was offered 115p when she was a walk In as well. We were offered at the end of the day. I tried explaining the situation with the other location and mentioned the sign states walk ins welcome. They said they didn’t have any availability. Mind you there were 3 nurses in the location standing around not piercing and not consulting anyone. None of the 11a appointments hadn’t arrived yet either. I was disappointed how the manager decided to step in and then talk down to me when I tried stating we are trying to “squeeze her in. “ condescending tone said “who and looked at me crazy… when I gestured to my young teenager I had standing next to… well you can make an appointment online and appointments are priority”. We did make an appointment but how the manager handled this was very unprofessional and rude and it didn’t sit well with a young girls birthday. We won’t be back to any location because of how this was handled.

  My 15 yr old daughter saved up her money this summer to get a 2nd piercing in her ears. The staff was friendly and the whole process took maybe 5 mins. When she went to pay she was asked to tip. The automated tip amount wasn't just for the piercing fee of $50. It included the $60 earrings and $20 bottle of solution. So the lowest option was around $20. She felt obligated to tip. I still feel like she was taken advantage of.

  Had such a great experience at the Park Meadows Rowan location! We had just had a disappointing experience at another location, so we were a little hesitant, but the staff here completely turned things around. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They were also incredibly fast and made the whole experience easy and pleasant.
