- KKKelseyOct 4, 20263.0Cute place but very expensive. They charge per earring and per ear. For the cheapest earring and piercing (with device) it was $120. And then the cashier pressed for a tip. And then added on solution spay ($20) and lectured me when I said I had some at home. That mine may be expired and it would take longer to heal. I’ll find somewhere else next time
- ARandrea reynoldsOct 3, 20265.0Took my son to get his lobes pierced and it was a great experience! They were so kind and inviting and went at his pace.
- KEKayle EalesOct 2, 20261.0$150 Defective Gold Jewelry Failed in Days – Zero Management Support or Accountability I am incredibly disappointed with both the product quality and the pathetic customer service at this location. I purchased a 14k white gold hoop here for $150. In less than a week, the jewelry fell out and was lost completely because of a defective, faulty clasp. When I returned to the Park Meadows store to report the issue, the store manager was completely unhelpful, took zero accountability, and refused to offer a replacement or any real resolution for a premium item that failed in days. To make matters worse, corporate support later hid behind a rigid script, denying a replacement because a Rowan nurse didn't physically insert the piece. A $150 gold earring should have a secure closure regardless of who clicks it into place. Because of their defective merchandise and dismissive staff, I was left out $150 and had to scramble immediately to find a backup piece just to keep my piercing from physically closing up. Rowan expects customers to pay premium prices but treats them with absolute indifference when their jewelry fails. Save your money and go to a reputable, independent piercing studio that actually stands behind the quality of their products and cares about their clients.
