  I recently had an appointment with a stylist at JCPenney that goes by the name of, “Joanne” and she carelessly cut my hair leaving it with more split ends than I came in with (mind you that’s what I asked to get rid of) I also left with her blood in my hair from cutting her finger, which she completely disregarded. And, the entire appointment her bandaid was ripping out my hair because she didn’t care enough to fix it. Another thing is I had scheduled an appointment with a hair wash & blow dry (my hair was braided when I came in), and I didn’t get what I had paid for. Lastly, the brushes she used weren’t even clean & had hair from previous clients on them. Safe to say I won’t be scheduling an appointment at JCPenney anytime soon.

  The manager will lie, anrgue, and gaslight you. They will charge you for things that they didn’t do to your hair. I went in and got my hair bleached and they charged us for toning when they didn’t even tone my hair before dying it then added a second hair service to the charge when only agreeing to one. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

  It's so hard to find a reasonably priced haircut. Abby cut my hair and not only did she do an amazing job on the cut with a nice blowout, she is the sweetest person ever. Will definitely go back to her.

  Usually don’t get my hair cut at the mall but I realized I could really use a fresher upper, the girl who cut my hair was super helpful, her name was Sophie, she deserved a raise for that, best haircut I’ve had in a Longgggggg time
