  My wife and I came in this evening after a long day of work to grab a few things for my lady and we were asking one of the ladies that was working for some help and she couldn’t of been ruder. I don’t know if she felt like we didn’t belong in her store or what but I asked another one of the employees her name and she said it was her manager. We will never spend another dime in any of your stores.

  I tried to do a survey but it expired within a day , So I am writing it here . I was very impressed with my visit on Thursday . I went into the store looking for ilia skin tint and Michael helped me out straight away and matched me with a very good shade , he was very knowledgeable about the product that I was purchasing and very honest and helpful . When I went to pay I also had a great experience with Michelle as she was very pleasant and she went the extra mile with taking care of my purchases. Will be returning again .

  Jackie, a makeup artist and specialist at the store, was so kind in helping me solve a makeup mystery! She overheard my complaint to my friend, who was shopping with me, and immediately offered her services and THE solution. I have been encountering nonstop textured on certain parts of my cheeks and chin while applying tinted SPF and setting with either setting powder or foundation powder and even with primer, I still had the texture!!!! So she took me aside and showcased a product and brush that just blew my mind away with her technique/ pro-tip and the solution to my conundrum!!! She was kind about it and super educational- not at all condescending or rude about my lack of knowledge in this area. She didnt try to purposefully upset me but rather educated me and guided me toward the end result I needed. I loved my experience there. She was so kind!!

  The manager, who I believe was named Amanda, was rude and loud, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. This was not a moment of stress but a clear lack of respect toward customers. That behavior is unacceptable, especially from management.

  had the BEST experience at this Sephora thanks to Michelle! She was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She really listened to what I was looking for and gave thoughtful recommendations without being pushy at all. What stood out most was her warm energy she made the whole experience feel fun and comfortable instead of overwhelming. You can tell she truly enjoys helping people feel confident and beautiful. Sephora is lucky to have her. If you get Michelle, you’re in amazing hands!
