Honestly, every time I come in this store, one of the employees either says something insensitive or I don't receive help at all. I came in today, and the two employees were helping others and I totally understand that! The girl that helped me once she was available was super nice. However, I will say that another customer that came in after me received a greeting and got helped first. I was not greeted. When checking out (over $100 total), I asked if I could use my points. One of the employees made a comment about how she would save her points for the cash to the other employee but not to me. I don't shop often at sephora, so it took a long time to build up the points I did have and would have loved more information about the point system or for no comment to be made at all. It made me feel like I was making a mistake, which I'm not sure how that's possible given that I just spent money at their store. Maybe this is just a unique experience to me, but I wanted to post this review in case anyone has a more sensitive reason for coming into sephora, maybe try a store with more compassionate employees.

Staff here are rude and disengaged—barely a greeting, no effort to be helpful. I expect that kind of attitude at a busy department store, not somewhere that’s supposed to offer a better experience. They also don’t offer any free gifts with purchase, and their “rewards” system feels misleading—you have to keep spending just to earn points toward “free” items that aren’t really free. Save yourself the hassle and just go to a department store

I purchased a product from the store a little over 30 days ago. I googled the return policy that said 30 days for refund or up to 60 days for exchange. That apparently is not the case. I showed the manager, Bianca, and she would not honor it. She said I could contact customer service, when I contacted customer service they said I had to work with the store and that they shouldn't be sending us to the customer service number. Really the problem is that the return policy should be printed on the receipt and the incorrect information should be updated on the websites.

NORMALLY, I’m always treated very well at this Sephora. Always greeted kindly. Always asked if they can help. Never feel out of place. However, tonight, I stopped in. The girl acted like she didn’t want to help me. It’s fine. When I said I didn’t need help, she rolled her eyes and said “mmkay but we close in 4 minutes. Just so you know”. I understand, when you want to get closing duties done, you don’t want to be bothered. But, she could have said it in a much nicer way. I ended up asking wheee the Estée Lauder foundation was and she informed me you don’t sell it in store. That’s really dumb.
I am sure she would’ve been nice had I not come in at 5 til close but that still doesn’t mean she should treat anyone condescendingly when they do.
