- STSAI TEJA4 days ago1.0Yesterday I went for a haircut expecting a clean and professional style, but honestly this turned out to be the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. The hairstylist, an lady with glasses, barely listened to what I asked for even after I clearly showed a reference picture and explained exactly how I wanted it. She started cutting randomly from the back and then from the middle of my hair instead of sectioning and combing it properly like a professional stylist should. Every time I asked for a small adjustment, she misunderstood and kept cutting more and more hair off. She completely ruined the shape and balance of my haircut and reduced my hair length way shorter than I wanted. At one point she even asked if she should cut more on the other side after already messing it up. The haircut is uneven, poorly blended, hard to comb now, and has no proper finish at all. Instead of fixing the issue, she kept trying to promote sprays, gels, powders, and styling products that I never asked for. After finishing, she literally told me I would need to “adjust it at home.” If I have to fix my own haircut at home, then what exactly did I pay $24 for? This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable service. A customer goes to a salon to feel confident and look better, not to come back disappointed and stressed. I genuinely believe I deserve a full refund for this experience because this haircut was not done with care, skill, or professionalism at all.
