  Vanessa is the best! My son and I have been regulars here for years, and she is hands-down our favorite stylist. My hair always looks sharp and well-groomed. Even better, our conversation is always fun and enjoyable. I won't go to anyone else and like other reviews, she's the reason I continue to come.

  Can tell the stylist was rushing to leave because my hair is a mess now. I had some small face framing layers in my hair to start with and asked for everything to be evened out. There was plenty of length to do this as I had purposely been growing my hair out and had about four inches taken off. I didn’t ask for more layers and there are now SO many with them all being uneven and the shortest being just a few inches. Only positive thing I have to say is I guess it’s shorter now? 🙄😭😭Would have about gotten equal results handing my four year old the scissors (or a weed wacker) and telling him to have fun. Edit: I filled out the form on the website and did at least get a response. I went back in for a refund and a different stylist did her best to try to connect the layers so it’s not so noticeably choppy. She was super nice about it and seemed to know what she was doing. Unfortunately there’s only so much that can be done and it will still take upwards of a year for the shortest ‘layers’ to grow out to be truly fixed.

  Vanessa has been cutting my hair for about 3 years. She always listens to what I want, takes plenty of time to make sure it looks perfect and is always so cheerful and pleasant. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

  Vanessa has been my stylist for over 8 years, and I have no intention of changing. When I get a haircut, I look for a stylist who takes the time to focus on the details and isn’t rushing to move on to the next person. Vanessa not only pays attention to every detail, but she also does it with great quality. I will always get my hair cut with her. Thank you for your work And see you on my next hair cut !

  Went in for a haircut yesterday. Did my check in. When I arrived Ben greeted me and I sat to wait for my turn. I have had Vanessa quite a lot do my hair. The last time she did my hair she was very unfriendly. Didn't speak to me the whole time she was working. I was very uncomfortable. When I was there yesterday she finished her cut and cleaned up her station and went to the back. The other gal working finished her cut and took a man that entered after I had been sitting there for 15 min. She didn't even ask if he had checked in on line. She finished this customer and disappeared to the back as well. I still sat there. Ben came forward after finishing with his customer and looked at me and looked around wondering where the other two went. He was happy to do my cut and was wondering where the girls had gone. He was friendly and did a wonderful cut. I left feeling dismissed by these two women. It was more than obvious they did not want to cut my hair. They were very rude and made me feel horrible. I have been going here for about 5 years. Makes me not want to go there again. I want to avoid the two stylists. They were like mean girls. I am 72 years old and thought I was done with being treated like this. No customer deserves this type of treatment.
