  Madisyn has been the most incredible esthetician I’ve ever worked with. I’ve seen her twice now and I am extremely happy with the results I am seeing so far. She is so kind, personable, and so talented at what she does. She takes the time to hear about my concerns and recommends products that will fit my lifestyle. If I could give her a 10 stars I would! Not to mention her setup is always clean and organized. I am so lucky to have found her! I highly recommend her!

  Sadly, the worst mani/pedi of my life. The tech may have had a bad day, or is just an unhappy person- hard to tell. But she should not be in the service industry. After an awful experience, my nails (both fingers and toes) peeled up and chipped in two days. When I called to schedule a re-do, they did apologize, and didn’t charge me for the fix. But that tech also had a chip on her shoulder. Wanted photo proof of the gel peeling, and wouldn’t allow me to sit for 5 minutes at completion to allow my nails to dry. 5 minutes! Said she had another client, but when I peeked back in ten minutes later - the spot was empty. Instead I had to schlep all my stuff into the waiting area, with wet nails. I started coming here for a level up in service compared to a walk-in nail salon, but unfortunately- it is way not that. Won’t be back.

  Serenity… 1st of all, perfect name for such an amazing masseuse. She surprise me at how strong she was! Kind, soft spoken, gifted. One of the BEST massages Ive EVER had!
