  I went here to pick up some lipgloss and every single worker was so sweet to me!!! Then I was checked out by my name twin Ashlyn and she was a complete doll!! She even gave me a couple free perfumes after finding out I was graduating in a couple weeks 🥹 absolutely everyone in there made my day!!! Very kind!!!

  I’m usually not one to write reviews but after my experience today, I thought I would give my two cents. I have been to this location a few times and always have been greeted and helped. Today, I was not acknowledged any time during my visit, even when an associate walked by while I was browsing. All other customers were greeted and asked if they needed assistance, which made me feel as if I wasn’t important enough to be in there. Usually I know what I am looking for so I usually never ask for help but I needed help with finding out if an item was in stock. I had to ask someone and they practically gave me a cold shoulder after they told me the item I was looking for was at another location. I did not get asked if there was anything else I needed help with, which I actually did. When I went to check out, only two people were out on the floor and one left to grab stuff from the back to stock. When she returned, she looked at the few of us in line and went back to finish the task she was doing. One of the associates helped me at a separate counter to check out but was interrupted multiple times by the other associate, so attention to detail at check out was subpar. There may have been some things going on in the background that may have caused the series of events to occur but overall, this was not a great experience.

  I’ve been to this Sephora multiple times now, and unfortunately I’ve noticed a consistent pattern. Each visit, I’m not greeted and no one offers to help me while I’m shopping. When I checked out during my most recent visit, the associate didn’t ask if I wanted to use my points or even offer me a bag—despite offering both to the customers ahead of me. What stood out most was that white women around me seemed to receive a much warmer, more attentive experience, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable and disappointing. As a Rouge member who spends a significant amount of money at Sephora, I expect at least basic customer service. Compared to the Sephora in Loveland, this location gives off a noticeably unwelcoming vibe. I love Sephora as a brand, but this location consistently falls short.
