Although mild peels typically do not cause any discomfort or pain, if we determine a medium to deep chemical peel is necessary, we will first apply a topical numbing cream and ensure it is properly set before we proceed. Step 03. We will apply your chemical peel in layers, ensuring your continued comfort and safety throughout the process. Each layer will be specially designed to target the pH level of the skin and “unglue” and remove any debris and dead skin cells from the surface of the skin.
