- DTDoug ToribioApr 30, 20261.0What an attitude the male stylist had tonight. Just arrived for my cut and felt a bloody nose coming on. I knew where the restroom was so I asked to use it to get a tissue or TP and he yelled that it’s was out of order. I said i only need a tissue and he yelled again, I grabbed the tissue instead of bleeding all over the floor and as I walked out he was rolling his eyes talking crap about me to the person getting their hair cut and their friend. I told him that was rude and unprofessional and also told him I would take my business elsewhere. I left.

- DTDawn Little ThunderFeb 1, 20261.0The hair stylist said right from the get that they don't do anything but a basic hair cuts. My son showed her what he wanted but she denied what he asked for. I should have just walked out because they aren't barbers as the lady stated in the beginning. I wouldn't recommend if you want a specific hair cut. I definitely wouldn't recommend for kids.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
