  I stopped by Sephora yesterday to pick up an eyebrow pencil, and honestly, the experience was really disappointing. There were about five employees just standing around while customers were clearly needing help. When I finally asked someone for assistance, she acted like it was a huge inconvenience—eye rolling and all. It didn’t get better from there. She tried to give me the wrong shade, and when I questioned it, she “tested” it on the top of my hand—even though the pencil barely had any product left—basically just scratching my skin. The whole interaction felt careless and unnecessarily rude, like she didn’t want to be there or help at all. The attitude came off very “mean girl,” which is not what you expect when you’re just trying to buy something simple. It’s really sad because this used to be the place to go for makeup and helpful service. Based on this visit, it feels like things have changed—and not for the better. I wish I would’ve got her name and told her manager.

  Sephora recently moved to this new location in Cherry Creek Shopping Center and it feels slightly bigger and somewhat more open. Selection is still very wide with everything you could want from lipstick, hair oil, fragrances, Korean skincare, etc. Your choices here really are never-ending. Hours can easily be spent. Prices seem to be right around what average market price is. Every employee I've encountered here has been nice and helpful.

  GO TO ULTA!!! Zero stars. I went into Sephora today to make a return. I was 6 days past their 30 day returns (I though it was 60 but they changed it) and now I’m stuck with $150 of make up that doesn’t match my skin. Manager just stared at me and said “it’s policy”. Ulta has a 60 day return policy and enough employees to help you!! While my bf was waiting in their line that wrapped back into the perfume section I was told it would be about 15 minutes until someone could help me. There is literally no reason why I would shop here when I could shop at Ulta.

  Wilbur at Sephora in Cherry Cherry Mall was super friendly, pleasant, and helpful. He answered my questions and helped me with color matching. It's difficult to find a foundation color that I like so I really appreciate his assistance and expertise. Thank you so much!

  At first, I saw a bad review on Google Maps, but my own experience was the complete opposite—in the best way. Ella assisted me, and the service was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised—truly a five-star experience!! ❤️❤️
