I think it’s just the skill of the nursing background with placement of IVs, but this was the least painful piercing I’ve had done. It’s the eighth hole I have in my ears. So I’m no stranger to piercings, and it’s in a location that should be painful. And it was like magic. Highly recommend!

They’re certainly not what you envision for a piercing shop. The store is incredibly clean, professional, and well set up. From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and helpful. I was guiding through my options, selected jewelry and sat down with Nicole for the piercings. Not only was she extremely through in all of my questions, she was super kind and forward about the process. I’m super exited and I’m looking forward to my next piercing.

However they offered only a small collection of earrings, with the cheapest being about $60 for a single plain earring. Furthermore, after less than two months, one of their more expensive earrings broke and no refund, replacement, or even partial credit was permitted since it happened outside their very short replacement window. Their customer service (both in store and their hotline) essentially boiled down to "sucks to be you."
