  Great service, but so pricey! Took my daughter in to get her ears pierced for the first time. We chose Rowan because 1) they accepted kids under 6 years of age and 2) they had last minute availability. The jewelry was cute, the staff was welcoming, everything was clean, and the piercer was great about explaining what was coming next. Here's how much we paid though: $136 for the earrings (the cheapest option available) $96 for the piercing service ($48 per piercing) $20 for the aftercare spray (not included!) The off-putting part is that they ask for a tip. Not just on the service itself, but on the cost of the service, the earrings, the spray, and the tax. It cost nearly $300 for TWO piercings. Do yourself a favor and visit Tribal Rites. Their jewelry is also top tier and their piercers are wonderful (they have dedicated child piercers) but you'll never pay so much.

  Had a horrible experience. I received multiple new piercings along with buying jewelry & 2 of my previous piercings got infected from their jewelry & one of the new piercings got horribly infected. My ear was massive I was in a world of pain so I went in asking for them to remove the jewelry and she said to me she didn’t think it was infected when it clearly was and she said to put a longer back on it which I refused because it was infected. Thank god I had them take it out, went on 4/25 for the appointment then a week later to have them remove the jewelry. My ears are still in pain and puss and blood was coming out of the infected piercings and holes for weeks. Very frustrating that they didn’t admit my piercings weren’t infected when they clearly were. Very upsetting & painful experience altogether. & of course no reimbursement was granted for any services or jewelry.

  Highly recommend getting your ears pierced here! The team was amazing in helping me decide which method was best for me, and they were very knowledgeable about my situation. I previously had my piercings closed by a surgeon, so they walked me through their recommendations on needle vs. machine and made me feel really comfortable with the process. It pinched a little, but honestly didn’t hurt. My ears look great, and I would absolutely come back the next time I want another piercing!
