  I was a little upset at my experience but after talking with the Rowan team and coming back to the shop. They made everything right and I feel more confident in the product and service.

  I had a very disappointing experience. We walked in, and the employee immediately told us they were on lunch while signaling for us to leave. Since the website stated that they accepted walk-ins, we asked if that was still the case. We were told that they normally do, but they were fully booked for the day. What was most disappointing was that she did not offer to schedule us for another day or provide any alternative. Instead, we were essentially pushed out the door. The way we were spoken to felt extremely rude and unwelcoming. The employee we interacted with was very hostile, which made the experience even more disappointing. I wish I had gotten her name so I could be more specific. Thankfully, we went to the Park Meadows location afterward, and the experience was completely different. The staff there were incredibly kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the Park Meadows location instead.

  Honest Review I visited Rowan today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I understand that this location is currently understaffed and short on registered nurses, and I can appreciate that staffing issues can make things difficult. However, that should never come at the expense of how customers are treated. The interaction I had with Lauren left me feeling extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. Her attitude came across as dismissive, and I felt like I was being treated as though I was a problem rather than a customer who was simply looking for help with my piercing. I left feeling frustrated and honestly questioned whether I was being treated differently because of who I am. I understand that there may be legitimate reasons a piercing can’t be performed or changed, but there is a respectful way to communicate that to a customer. I hope Rowan management looks into what happened and also considers whether this location has enough staff to provide customers with the experience they advertise. Staffing shortages are understandable, but disrespectful customer service isn’t.

  I booked an appointment two months in advance to get my daughter’s ears pierced for her 8th birthday. I specifically took a day off work to make this a special birthday experience, as this was her primary gift. Just two hours before the appointment, I received a call stating they had no one available to perform the piercing. When I explained the situation—that it was her actual birthday and I had taken time off work—the staff gave a completely dismissive, insincere apology, acting as if the situation wasn’t their problem. They offered zero remorse and no customer service solution. They simply shrugged it off and said, "hope she has a good birthday." and said I could reschedule. This business showed a complete lack of professionalism, zero accountability, and utterly ruined a special milestone for an 8-year-old child. Avoid this place if you value reliability and basic customer respect.

  I did not catch her name, but she pierced my 6-month-old granddaughter ears. She was amazing and explained everything. She was so patient when Alana kept moving her head as she was marking her ears, she would just wipe it off and try again. So thankful we chose to go to Rowan!!!
