  The salt room is nice so is the sauna. The no showers is a real deal breaker. The foot bath is the worst unless you want to sit in a tiny room by yourself for 20 minutes in a super old, uncomfortable and loud so called massage chair with your feet in a little sink basin full water that turns cold quickly and no more hot water is being added. Front desk staff was not very friendly when we arrived or when we left.

  The Salt Cave was very relaxing and enjoyable. The Ionic foot bath was also relaxing, both the Salt Caves and Ionic food bath left my wife and I feeling rejuvenated. The staff were very nice and they explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a few hours of relaxation. My wife and I did a couples massage in the past and it was also great and relaxing and we came out of that feeling more refreshed.

  I experienced a sound bath by Ann Martin In the Salt Caves & it was a journey that should be experienced whether you're a seasoned meditator or a beginner. She will guide you in the beginning and then the sound and the magic of the salt will take you where you need to go. Beautiful!!!
