  I decided to be spontaneous yesterday and get my hair done (highlights and cut/trim). I found this place while exploring Google Maps. I was able to schedule a same-day appointment! Addison was absolutely amazing! I have gotten my hair highlighted a fair amount of times since 2012. And this was the best job I’ve ever gotten. Addison listened to what I wanted and did a great job! Her bio on the website says she specializes in blondes but enjoys all colours so I was curious as to how this might go and she exceeded all expectations. It’s like she knew what I wanted and more. She had a few ideas that she just went with and I’m so glad that she did. I like that she let the color process because in the past, I had an artist (completely different place, not even in Colorado) that just added the color and then rinsed my hair immediately. I’m definitely looking forward to going back; whenever that is.

  Heather deserves ALL the stars. My extensions are literally flawless — the color match is insane, the blend is seamless, and the cut makes everything look so natural and full. She transformed my hair into the long, gorgeous, glam I’ve always wanted!! I’ve gotten nonstop compliments. If you want luxury‑level extensions, Heather is that girl.❤️🥰

  Mykala was the BEST! My hair feels like silk after she washed, cut, and dried it. It was first and foremost the ultimate pampering session but also it looks spectacular! She is such a pro! I am recommending her to everyone I know. Love my hair makeover/transformation by her. It was desperately needed and I couldn’t be happier.

  I have been coming to Heather for a little over a year now. I came to her with severely damaged hair from a different salon and stylist. Heather has been amazing and has completely transformed my hair which is completely strong and healthy again an most importantlyit is finally growing again. The whole staff is kind, friendly and the vibe is amazing. Monique at the front desk is always friendly and remembers everybody and who they are there to see. Tara the owner is great and really has a special place going there.

  I booked a full balayage a few weeks ago and am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I genuinely never wanted to write a bad review but I am out of options at this point and would like to warn others. For context, I regularly go from blonde to brown and back to blonde every couple of years and have never needed more than one process to achieve my desired color. (Seen in the 1st photo below) I showed my stylist, Lexi, the second reference photo below. She glanced at it briefly before mixing the color, and I trusted her expertise to achieve the look I requested. Instead, I left with what looked more like a partial highlight than a full balayage and my hair is very gold now and not the ashy blonde I asked for. Much of my hair was missed, large sections remained dark brown, and the color that was there was very uneven. Despite this, I was charged $500, even though my original booking listed a price of $350. I was never provided a receipt explaining the additional charges that were apparently a “color correction” which I was only told when I directly asked about the outrageous final cost. After my appointment, I contacted Lexi on Instagram to have the color corrected. She initially offered toner or a few additional foils, which I explained would not fix the issue. She said we could discuss other options when I came back in and made it sound like she could fix it. When I returned, she again stated that the only solutions she could offer were toner or a few foils. When I asked if there was anything else she could do to achieve the color I originally requested, she said no because there was too much dark color left in my hair. Since she acknowledged she could not correct the service, I requested a refund. She left to speak with her manager on the phone and returned a few minutes later stating that they are refusing to refund me. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with both the quality of the service and the lack of resolution. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon for color services.
