  The cashier with short hair was very rude, if someone is leaving the US, thats a pretty good reason to not sign up for "rewards" or whatever it is. Employees like that make it easy to make the decision to not shop hete anymore.

  Michelle and Katherine did a fabulous job making me feel beautiful (even without makeup). Each time I see them, the give me: options within my price point that will work for my skin, samples to test things on my skin at home, and honest reviews to “viral” products I’d read about online (and where to spend money instead). I feel good spending my time and money at Sephora because I know I’m getting the best products for my skin type and they aren’t trying to upsell me on unnecessary products. Plus, Michelle and Katherine always give me application tips! I can’t wait to go back and see them to get refills, learn new techniques, and feel fabulous!

  I hadn’t been able to find my usual product for 8 months, so I drove 30 minutes when this location showed it in stock—but they were sold out. Luckily Ganon came to my rescue…she was amazing! She helped me find a perfect alternative and swatched tons of shades to get the right match & texture, making sure I left the store with a new product I love. Everyone in the store was super welcoming and kind.
