I just called to ask a simple question about a cologne and if they had it in stock, the girl on the phone said no, I asked if its an online exclusive and I never got my answer she just said "we dont have it anymore" to which I responded okay just figured I would call and ask and before I could even finish what I was saying I was abruptly hung up on.
