  This is my favorite Woodhouse Spa location! The design is modern and luxurious and the quiet space is heavenly! I booked a massage for my birthday and unfortunately on the day of the provider I requested was sick. The staff went above and beyond to offer a few alternatives and fortunately I was able to still be seen on the day I originally booked just with a different provider, Sarah, who was excellent! I was really looking forward to this solo recharge time and I'm so grateful that Christie, Sarah, and the rest of the Woodhouse staff was able to accommodate me!

  This experience started out well and I enjoyed the relaxation room and snacks. Unfortunately the rest of my time was not great. My treatment room was freezing and I asked many times for warming options which were not always given. My treatments were okay, it seemed my therapist was inexperienced. After to warm up I went to the sauna which took 30+ minutes to warm up and the help bell was broken. I did receive a slight discount for my issues but I was pretty disappointed with my experience overall for how much it costs

  So I randomly had a Thursday off and decided to treat myself to an impromptu facial, which is not always easy to book at a quality spa. Somehow, I landed at The Woodhouse Spa and wow. From the quiet lounge to the robe and slippers waiting in my locker, every detail felt elevated and intentional. The best surprise was my esthetician, Bo, who I used to see at another spa. Such a full circle moment. She is just as incredible as I remembered. The facial was deeply relaxing, and the green light salt therapy afterward was the perfect finishing touch. What started as a quick self-care moment turned into a full experience. Safe to say I have found my new go-to spa.

  I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a full range of spa services, including a massage, HydraFacial, manicure, and pedicure—and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The atmosphere was tranquil and beautifully maintained, creating the perfect setting to relax. The massage was one of the best I’ve had—tailored perfectly to my needs, with just the right balance of pressure and technique to relieve tension and leave me feeling completely refreshed. The HydraFacial was a standout treatment. My skin felt instantly smoother, deeply cleansed, and incredibly hydrated. The esthetician was knowledgeable and explained each step, which made the experience feel both luxurious and personalized. I also treated myself to a manicure and pedicure, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The attention to detail was impressive, from the precise nail shaping to the flawless polish application. The pedicure, in particular, was incredibly relaxing and left my feet feeling soft and rejuvenated. What truly elevated the experience was the staff’s professionalism and care. They made sure I was comfortable throughout every service and never rushed the process. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and completely renewed. I would highly recommend these spa services to anyone looking for a high-quality, all-in-one self-care experience.

  Definitely gets 5 stars for cleanliness and atmosphere. I was also really excited to be able to book same day (weekday), but it did lead me to understand that different sites offer different treatments. A different location offers neck masks (add on) and I accidentally booked a face mask along with a nourishing body wrap at this location thinking I was getting a neck mask (totally on me). As for the body wrap, the service and value was 5 stars. I was also able to utilize the sauna privately, which after reading other reviews seems like a rare treat to ding unoccupied. Again the main service was the body wrap and what I received was exactly as it was depicted online (5 stars). The 3 stars are for the scalp massage; it was an aggressive and non-relaxing service offered while I was in the wrap. Was it the therapist? Was it the scalp massage itself? I’m not sure. I did pick up on Sarah’s distress when I expressed it was more tension-inducing than relaxing. I was perfectly content sitting quietly, but felt Sarah’s discomfort as if I’d reflected her personally. This was after an awkward realization that I was going to skip the face mask because I hadn’t thought to wash my face of makeup ahead of time. And as Sarah explained that she is a therapist and not an Estetician, the burden was completely on me to prepare my face for the mask. For the price, this could have been added as a reminder somewhere in writing or maybe by the gal who takes the time to tour you around the facility. OR, don’t combine services that are performed by different professionals (therapist vs Estetician) that render the client responsible for these limitations. That price, by the way, was $55 as an add on that appeared to be one of those individually packaged sheet masks you get anywhere as low as a couple bucks. Not saying the ingredients weren’t worth $55 but again, wasn’t a service but a product that was being thrown in. Big difference in value.
