  We had such wonderful experience! The staff went completely above and beyond!!! The massage from Tom was a 10/10! Plus the extra amenities afterwards were a great bonus. There were a few women yelling that ended up causing a scene and the staff handled it with grace!! We will be back in the future! Thank you so much for giving us the relaxation we needed!!

  I absolutely adore this place. My favorite spa to go to. The massage therapists are always very kind and accommodating. The spa is fantastic and the staff are so kind!

  We had a fantastic & relaxing evening here. Dawn is seriously one of the best massage therapists I've had in Colorado and really went above and beyond to make us feel special and cared for throughout the treatment. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Service was outstanding -- the front desk concierges did a great job handling our questions about booking and made sure we were getting the right treatments to use the amenities etc, plus offered complimentary champagne to us while we were getting ready for our massages. You could literally show up here with nothing and they have everything you could possibly need. The waiting room is super comfy and well stocked with light snacks, tea and beverages. Private spa was so tranquil and I love that you can use it for up to 3 whole hours the day of your treatment. The price point is definitely a splurge, but worth every penny for an occasional treat.

  I really enjoyed how experienced the estheticians and message therapist are with many years of being in their career. I did the body treatment Arabic coffee scrub it was great, it’s a massage for 45 minutes then a scrub . I was trying to get information from the front desk before booking what it entails and she didn’t know. My husband and I went for our anniversary and they do not have COED jacuzzi’s or steam rooms like the monarch spa.

  I came here for my anniversary in June and had such a good experience that I gifted my mom and sister with massages and a relaxing day at the spa. My mom and I received amazing massages and had such good quality therapists. After discussing our massages it seems that my sister didn’t receive the same amount of care and attention from her massage therapist. We did mention this upon checkout as these are incredibly expensive massages and the manager said that she had never received a bad review before and seemed to place blame for it on our party. I also was paying in cash as I’m in the process of switching banks and don’t have my new card in the mail yet. My husband paid cash in June and I had spoken with the spa two times before my appointment and never once was this mentioned, not even in signs in the spa, so you can assume my surprise when the manager told me they aren’t accepting cash. The manager handled the situation with so little class that it actually ruined the entire experience and though speaking with my massage therapist about coming back every 3 months for regular massages, I’d rather find somewhere with more professional and less passive aggressive management.
