My husband and I recently received IV treatments and it was great, we both felt much better after. Our nurse was Nicole and she was professional and caring the entire time we were there. Very comfortable and beautiful place will definitely go back!

Frequently Asked Questions About The Oasis Vail IV+MedSpa
What is IV hydration therapy?
IV hydration therapy delivers fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, and other wellness ingredients directly into your bloodstream through an intravenous (IV) catheter. Because nutrients bypass the digestive system, they are absorbed quickly and efficiently.
Why Is Hydration Important?
Water plays a critical role in nearly every function of the body, including:
Regulating body temperature
Supporting circulation
Transporting nutrients
Maintaining energy levels
Supporting cognitive function
Lubricating joints
Assisting with muscle recovery
Even mild dehydration can contribute to fatigue, headaches, dizziness, and decreased physical performance.
What are the benefits of IV hydration therapy?
Hydration and recovery- Whether from travel, exercise, illness, or a busy lifestyle, dehydration can leave you feeling drained. IV hydration can help replenish fluids and electrolytes efficiently.
Energy levels- Many clients choose vitamin infusions as part of their ongoing wellness routine to support healthy energy levels and overall well-being.
Athletic performance and recovery- Athletes may use IV hydration to support recovery following skiing, snowboarding, cycling, hiking, running, or other strenuous activities.
Immune system support- Some vitamin blends contain nutrients commonly associated with immune health and wellness, including vitamin C and zinc.
Altitude adjustment- Visitors to Colorado's high-altitude mountain communities often experience symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, nausea, and dehydration. Proper hydration can be an important part of altitude adjustment and recovery.
Hangover recovery- Hydration and electrolyte replacement may help support recovery from common hangover symptoms such as dehydration, fatigue, nausea and headache.
Skin, hair, and beauty goals- Hydration and nutrients such as vitamin C, biotin, and glutathione are commonly included in beauty-focused IV formulations. These ingredients support normal skin health and cellular function as part of an overall wellness approach.
Relief from travel fatigue- Long flights, time zone changes, and busy travel schedules can contribute to fatigue and dehydration. IV therapy may help support hydration and recovery after travel.
General wellness- Helps support recovery from everyday stress pertaining to busy work schedules, physical demands, poor sleep, frequent travel and environmental stressors. Many clients use IV therapy as part of a broader self-care and wellness plan designed to help them feel refreshed and maintain healthy routines.
How often should I receive IV therapy?
Treatment frequency varies by individual goals and needs. Some clients visit occasionally for hydration and recovery, while others incorporate IV therapy into their ongoing wellness routine. Our professionals can advise and customize your experience and recommend treatment frequency.
How quickly will I feel the effects?
Many clients report feeling benefits during or shortly after their infusion. Individual experiences vary depending on hydration status, health conditions, and the type of infusion received.
How long does an IV infusion take?
Most IV infusions take approximately 45–60 minutes, although some treatments may take longer depending on the specific infusion and your individual needs.

Can IV therapy help with hangovers?

While there is no instant cure for a hangover, IV hydration therapy may help support recovery by addressing some of the factors that contribute to hangover symptoms.
Can athletes benefit from IV therapy?
Athletes often use IV hydration to support recovery, hydration, and wellness before or after training, races, skiing, hiking, cycling, and other physical activities.
