She said she just knew they didn’t have it. She was having a conversation with another employee the whole time. Don’t bother going here, it’s a joke lol. Just go to the Sephora store instead. Waist of my time…

She took the time to help us try different makeup shades, made sure everything matched well, and explained the products without ever making us feel rushed. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made our visit enjoyable. Thank you, Dasha, for going above and beyond—we truly appreciate your help and will definitely be back!
- DGDev GuilfordJul 7, 20261.0Went into this Sephora Kohl’s yesterday, looking for something specific wasn’t greeted was totally ignored. It looked like the store manager (manager not sure) and the cashier were more interested in having side conversation than helping anyone that walked in. I looked around and wandered for a while, looking for Eadems lip balms. I checked the whole section trying to find the lip balms. They both even walked right past me still no greeting still no assistance for help. I spent about 15 minutes until I was just fed up and left cause clearly my money or patronage isn’t wanted. The worst part is when I started walking towards the registers to get someone’s attention they all walked away and spent the entire 15 minutes that I was in the Sephora section away from the registers for if someone did know what they wanted.
