  I visited Sephora at Kohl’s in Hampton while looking for a foundation that unfortunately was not in stock. I politely asked one of the beauty advisors for assistance, including checking stock availability at another location. However, I felt that the service I received was not welcoming or friendly. I had to ask multiple times before she was willing to check for availability elsewhere, and both staff members present seemed uninterested in helping. I also mentioned that I had tried one of the hair products displayed in the store earlier that day, and it smelled unpleasant, almost as if it might have been expired. I kindly suggested that the product should perhaps be removed from the shelf for quality reasons, as the smell stayed in my hair afterward. The response I received was dismissive, and I was told, “It’s not my job to take it off the shelf,” without any empathy or concern. As a customer, I expected a more professional, welcoming, and helpful experience, especially from a beauty retailer known for customer service. I hope this feedback helps improve the in-store experience for future customers.

  Alondra, Sam, & Maricruz in Sephora have been super super helpful and patient with my newfound love for makeup. They've taken the time to educate me in what's best for my skin type and my needs for my desired style of makeup. Its always so nice to see them when I stop by for a purchase!!

  The older lady working here was just so rude to me, I was opening foundations to make sure the colors matched because there were no samples available an noticed that they were extremely separated, when she asked me rudely if I needed help I explained that I was checking to make sure they weren't separated she then told me I needed to check expiration dates, when I mentioned that was actually her job to make sure they weren't putting expired products on the shelves an not something I should have to check, she got super huffy and rude with me. Just terrible customer service all around. Sephora used to be amazing to shop with but so many other options are available now.

  I had an amazing experience with Alondra at Sephora! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find the perfect foundation for my skin tone. She took the time to understand my needs and offered great recommendations without being pushy. I left feeling confident and happy with my choice. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for expert advice and friendly service!

  Abby was so helpful and had great knowledge with all the products! The store was also organized, well-stocked and clean. So glad to have a Sephora close to me!
