  I ask for a highlight and a trim. But ended up with not what I wanted. My hair got cut to short. And the highlight was not good. Not what I wanted.

  Absolutely so disappointed in the color I received I will give their customer service five stars every day. The customer service was phenomenal, but after I came home, my hair turned grey… and not a pretty grey. When I called and asked them to please refund the near 400 dollars I spent they said They would not refund me. Though they said they would fix my hair would you trust a salon to potentially damage your hair even more…then I got hung up on when I expressed my concerns of coming back to the salon. Super childish if they don’t get the feedback they want. The first photo is my hair before I went into the salon. The second photo is what I asked for and the third is what my hair looks like leaving please do not go to this salon. They will destroy your hair.

  I had an amazing experience! I have naturally curly hair and have had so many bad haircuts. I was nervous to get my haircut again. But she made me feel heard and listened to me. She fixed up my layers and kept my length and it was affordable! I think I just found my forever salon!

  I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about my experience with Nahid at Paisley Salon and Spa. From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt completely at ease. She truly took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure we were on the same page before starting anything which meant so much to me. I went in for a full bleach and haircut, and she absolutely nailed it. Not only did she give me exactly what I envisioned, but the entire process felt so safe, intentional, and professional. She clearly knows what she’s doing and takes incredible pride in her work. I never once felt rushed or unsure just completely taken care of. What really stood out to me was how comfortable she made the whole experience. She’s warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients. It felt less like a routine appointment and more like being in the hands of someone who truly wants you to leave feeling your best. I walked out feeling so happy, confident, and honestly just grateful I found her. If you’re looking for someone who listens, delivers exactly what you want, and makes the entire experience feel amazing from start to finish, Nahid is your person. I will absolutely be back!
