Looking back, I’m actually grateful because it led me to T, who was an absolute dream to work with. I was frantically searching for the original Double Wear foundation formula by Estée Lauder, and T went above and beyond to help me. She graciously placed my order over the phone, made sure the sale was applied, sent me a secure payment link, and made the entire process completely seamless. She was sweet, kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. Customer service like hers is hard to come by these days, and she turned what was becoming a frustrating experience into a wonderful one. Thank you, T!

They dont treat send sale customers as 2nd class customers. Taylor and Ashlee alway takes care of my wifes needs! Come to visit the store one day!
