- JBJessica BooneJun 1, 20261.0I went there around 5:30pm on Saturday, May 30th. This was my first visit to this location. I was excited to have a close Sephora since I live in Green Valley. I had gone in to get samples because I am getting married. When I approached two women and kindly asked for samples being that I was getting married, one woman with a bunch of tattoos and big eyelashes sighed and said “I’ll do it”. The other woman was kind and she and I spoke of our army spouses. When the girl that gathered my 4 samples returned, I thanked her and asked if I could please have one more sample of a concealer. I instantly regretted it. She was obviously annoyed and said “just so you know it won’t have much product since it isn’t a pump, just so you know.” I apologized to her and thanked her. I was shocked to have received such poor customer service at Sephora. I also have very sensitive skin so it is imperative that I try the makeup first. It made my happy visit extremely sour. What’s worse is she couldn’t even write the color I had or any description of the concealer.
