  My recent experience at Rowan in the La Encantada mall was wonderful!! The salesperson Julian welcomed me with a friendly smile and was very courteous. Vanessa the nurse was very attentive to my questions and her trainer Kassandra was so kind!! I was very nervous for my conch piercing, but they put me at ease and everyone made my experience well worth it. Thank you!

  Rowan was a new place to me..up until 2 years ago. I’ve been OBSESSED since my first time. The jewelry is nothing but amazing quality that lasts in the pool, showers, saunas etc. besides the actual product, the nurses have been nothing but top tier amazing! Kassandra & Vanessa are always professional, comforting and caring and I’ve experienced nothing less! I just had my second conch done, and still by far the most painless piercings I’ve ever had done have been at Rowan. 😎 Juju & Caesar are always so kind and helpful as well, guiding me through what looks best, what the best healing process is and styling any type of ear stacks, amazing none the less ✨👏🏻 all staff deserve a raise and appreciation for making every returning experience memorable❤️🥰

  Truly had the BEST experience getting our girl’s ears pierced here! The nurses were so kind and we were able to do both sides at the same time!

  Was really excited to try Rowan, I loved the concept of getting pierced by a nurse especially since I was going in to correct a piercing. 1. The space is pretty small and with multiple people in there plus the music it was really had to hear what the employee was explaining. 2. The nurse barely pierced above a pervious one that was already too low. 3.They also start you off with a really long stud and make you go back in 2 week to shorten the stud for an additional $25. 4. It seems like they really try to push sales on them because while checking out the guy added in the cleaning solution without even asking me. When I asked to remove the cleaner (since I had a full bottle of one from a previous piercing) he immediately seemed annoyed. I grabbed my bag with the aftercare instructions and a few other goodies they throw in for free (a lollipop, bag, and stickers). I guess they forgot to remove the cleanser so I had another employee chased me through the mall making it seem like I was trying to steal product. Overall really poor experience.
