  I met Melisa after a hair laser treatment didn't work at another place. She helped me see how my HRT treatments, at that time, were affecting me. I began HRT as well as treatment for my thyroid with Melisa. All I can say is that it was the best decision ever. Let's begin with Kerri, the beautiful, smiling face that greats you as you walk in. Now there are more great ladies there, but Kerri was the first face I saw. She is what customer service should be at any clinic. Always so friendly, courteous and helpful. Feel like I'm talking to a friend on every visit. Mirror Mirror has wonderful people, but I'm just mentioning the ladies I currently deal with. Jocelyn is awesome, she puts me at ease anytime I need a touch up for my laser hair treatments. By the way, it does not hurt like the other spa. The machines are better here. I am pleased with the results. Her gentle and quick treatment gave me courage to treat other areas. She also does great facials. I thought I had put a review before, but didn't. Today I am so happy, because I saw my rheumatologist yesterday and my inflammation markers are finally normal, after years of dealing with inflammation and joint pain. Melisa has tailored a plan for my health that has worked. My rheumatologist did not even try new meds on me. He said whatever it is I'm doing with my NP, to continue because my numbers are looking good. I've also struggled with my weight due to my thyroid issues, but I'm finally loosing weight. I feel better too. Now I can focus on improving my skin care. Who knew that because of wanting to remove excess facial hair, I would have met such a beautiful, compassionate and knowledgeable NP like Melisa. I highly recommend her and all her caring staff. I've been to other wellness spas and have never been treated as kindly as everybody at Mirror Mirror treats me. Thank you ladies!!! and Bruce. 😊
