  Cut more than half my hair off when I asked for a trim. I asked for solid color so my whole hair color would match I was given burnt and broken bleached steaks in my hair. Granted I didn’t have to be charged the almost 400$ I was quoted but the damage to my hair is unrepairable it’s extremely short for me. I was offered $40 that I should be grateful for because it’s usually $20, I don’t feel comfortable returning to an establishment that doesn’t provide support or aid when they employees cause damage to someone.

  My 11 year old daughter went for a haircut with a higher expert hair dresser, dad was the adult who took her. Sandra is not child friendly, she was unwelcoming, there was no conversation on haircut or style, or trimming off the damaged hair. I feel she took advantage of the situation. My daughter mentioned she tried making eye contact and smile and she would immediately look away. Her hair was dripping wet when she walked out of JCPennys. I would not recommend her to other parents and their children's hair.
