  What a wonderful experience ! I was greeted and offered tea as soon as I walked in . I brought a friend for her birthday for complimentary facials & scalp/hair analysis . Kinda creepy seeing your scalp so close up but I learned a lot ! It came with complimentary head and neck massages as well . I was eager to purchase a few of the items used and she gave me samples of everything else used for facial & hair . I asked a TON of questions and the gal helping me answered every single one ( even though they were busy I didn’t feel rushed at all ) . I will be a regular ! I’m excited to come to Aveda’s next yoga / mocktail event !

  Great staff with good skills and advice for hair and skin care not just for the ladies but the guys too. Products without the nasty chemicals ....

  I normally love aveda. This is the only store that’s not also a salon in my vicinity, and it’s not close to my house at all. I made a special trip here today after work because I needed conditioner. I arrived during normal business hours, and was confronted with a handwritten note taped to the locked door. The note said, “we will return shortly.” I am reasonable and I’ve worked retail before, so I waited 15 minutes in case this was a case of only one person working who needed to take their break. However, no one ever showed up and I had just wanted to buy my conditioner (which I’m out of and now have no access to unless I make the drive up here again, with apparently no guarantee that the store will even be open) and go home. Leaving the store during business hours is not responsible. And it loses you clients. I suppose from now on I will plan ahead and just order my stuff off the internet.

  I’m an Aveda fan! I buy all my shampoo and conditioner here. Love there hair spray the best! Love there be curly since I have natural curly hair. Smells so wonderful. I have been treated great here and sometimes not . It depends on who you get. But it’s Tucson customer service is hit or miss.
