  I made a stop into Aveda at La Encantada recently and it was such an incredible experience. Katie and Christina were such kind employees and I didn’t feel like I was being a burden. They made sure to offer a complimentary tea sample while I looked around. I was offered a scalp analysis and just after that experience, I am now a life time customer.

  The Aveda hair products, hand cream, and chap stick are out of this world. Hair products have changed how my hair looks and feels. Chap stick is like no other. I use it every night before bed. Stays on all night and lips look great in the morning. My hands look 10 years younger after using their hand cream for 3 years.

  I have been buying Aveda products for a long time. I have loved their products. The facial moisturizer I buy is now a refill. So, I have to actually go to the store to refill it. I don't love close to their location so I have to make this a trip/errand. I also purchase skincare online. I make sure to order in advance with these products. This Aveda store was out of my refill moisturizer. I understand this happens but when I asked them to make it right & sell me a new one at the same process they refused. It seems they would want to make sure they take care of their customers needs, within reason. This was within reason. I did not want to have to refill this! This is their system & doing. I will now rethink everything I buy from them & try to use my 20k+ points & then stop purchasing from them, I guess. Very disappointed in the level of customer care & thought.
