  Priscilla was so incredibly helpful and kind! She was so patient with my questions and making sure I got the right Color match and foundation based on my skin texture! Amazing customer service!

  I decided to give this place a chance despite the mixed reviews, mainly because of its convenient location. Unfortunately, I found the feedback to be accurate. The staff seemed more interested in personal conversations than providing professional service, which is inappropriate for a workplace setting. It was surprising to see someone who appeared to be a manager engaging in this behavior. The lack of a friendly and welcoming atmosphere was disappointing, leading me to take my business to Ulta instead. Overall, I found the customer service here to be lacking.

  Been here before year ago and today still rude didn’t greet or try to help when ask for foundation shade she was blonde with a bun and ignored me and went back to talking with her other coworkers
