  So glad I found Rowan after doing research. My 13 year old daughter wanted her second lobe piercing and Emma was amazing! She explained everything in detail and made us feel very comfortable. She was very thorough throughout the whole process and we are super happy with the results, thank you for a great experience! I will highly recommend you to others!

  Dear Authorities, Somebody needs to act on this email and talk to Tempe ROWAN location! Terrible customer service and follow up work from this location specifically Olivia. She is not helpful any inches today 7-20-2026. This Rowan location did not deliver on what they promised. Here is the back ground . My daughter’s wanted to have her ear piercing tenth birthday- I found Rowan on social media you guys are all over the place but today I learned that this Tempe marketplace location even did not have a manager!!! Olivia said there is no one as manager- I told her call someone and she literally said they also just email , they don’t know anyone from Rowan. What a company! They don’t know anyone or any specific email address to email she also does use the way that I am using to communicate. Interesting way of doing business. Anyways back to story my daughter last year Feb 2025 for the it got infected. And around march this year 2026, we tried this location and they cleaned it and”nurse” told us to come back when it heels around April or May! We made them write and note on the iPad they have- they said they will take care of us next time when we come free of charge . We came today but first they said they can’t find those notes, then they said 2 weeks past and that is the policy and they can’t do it free of charge(who would pay for another disaster?). Olivia(that is what she said I am hoping it is the correct name so you can track down the actual events form that loc) said she can’t do anything, no discount not phone number to call and no email to reach out. She gave us the burden to reach out to you(which again one more time interest f way of doing business- goal of this loc: do not make customer happy) . We wasted our 2 hrs drive g under 106 AZ heat and could not finish the job, felt like Rowan is a min and pop shop rather than a brand, we were treated like we were lying .) I am writing all these right next to the store. Reach out to me please Hope the corporate managers(well if you guys have one) can fix this situation. Ali

  My daughter got an ear piercing in February 15 in San Tan location. They refused to pierce in the location that she asked for, and it ended up infected. We went to Tempe Rowan in March and an employee told us we can still remove the piercing and it will heal. She also said to come back in June or July when it heals. She even said our next piercing will be free and that she would put our name in the system. We asked if we need a paper or anything for proof and she said that no it’s in the system and we will get a free piercing. We came again today to the same location and they told us they found our name in the system but that they have a two week policy and cannot pierce her ear for free. She also told us that their manager wasn’t there. How would we know who to trust because one employee told us we can do it after two months, and the other said two weeks. We wasted time and money here just to be refused service. One of the employe name is Olivia.

  It was my first time here and I had a great experience. The nurses were great to talk to and very informative. The place is a bit pricey since they charge for earrings and a service fee ($35), but honestly it is so worth the money. BTW the ear cleansers are $20 for folks who would rather purchase elsewhere.

  The staff was friendly but I was a little disappointed that they use a piercing gun. The place looked a little more high end and they advertise that it's done by nurses so I just assumed that professional sterile piercing needles would be used, I was surprised to see them pull out little plastic piercing guns that you could find at any mall. Piercing guns are known for not being that safe or sanitary. The price was SUPER expensive for a regular ear lobe piercing, overall I left feeling like I was ripped off and I should have just went to the mall, I could have got the same service for a cheaper price there.
